Dennis, you little mysanthrope, you've clearly watched too many episodes of the X-files. There aint no conspiracy on that small island. The fact that you want it to be just doesn't make it so.

me,

you are correct. no conspiracy. just a bunch of fools disguised as public officials. the ale & karin j are enough reason for a damn boycott. its the result of being a small island. it could happen in smalltown usa. people in positions of authority that aren't qualified.

Then we should be boycotting alot of people here in the USA, lets start with Alabama.

nelson,

i couldn't give one good damn

alabamy, new yawk, & jursee

boycott em all

me,

I have never watched a single episode of X-files (or CSI, for that matter)!

I don't know if there is a conspiracy or not.

I do know there was collusion. Joran told us there was.

I have said from the beginning the Dutch should have sent in one of their best investigative teams. At a minimum it would have eliminated the perception of local favoritism.

Inconsistencies alone do not constitute enough evidence to convict, but that hardly suggests innocence.
We already know there WAS collusion. I can't believe the second.
Posted by: DennisAOK | Friday, April 28, 2006 at 08:56 PM

If the collusion was just between the boys, they wouldn't have been able to take care of the physical evidence. Satish's car would have to have been clean professionally to remove evidence if a body were moved in it.

But my point is parsing the interviews is a waste of time.

The case was botched from the start. The 3 boys are guilty as hell. simple as that !

Joran is a liar ..

Joran said he colluded ...

Joran lied when he said he colluded ...

is that the correct syllogism?

Dompig is a liar, we can't trust what he says.

Joran is a liar, we can't trust what he says.

Yes, Beth is a liar, we can't trust what she says.

John Walsh called the suspects lying SOB's . Listen Walsh you are simply an asshole . Got it right ?

natalee was a little lass from alabama

joran was looking for a little ass in aruba

i still dont know how he got rid of the body

There might have been an adult involved, but under some scenarios one would not be necessary, e.g., Natalee died on the beach and was moved to a boat for disposal at sea. BTW, it is Deepak's car.

But my point is parsing the interviews is a waste of time.

Posted by: kaycee77025 | Friday, April 28, 2006 at 09:26 PM

Probably.

I take it you are in Houston, where I attended high school.

John Walsh is now calling them "former suspects".

Conversation Between Former Suspects Secretly Recorded

I looked back at some of my old stuff. From what I have Joran, Paulus and one brother were home the night Natalee went missing - Anita and the youngest brother returned from Holland Wednesday (I believe). There WAS one sibling at home that night - along with Paulus.

Not only did Natalee drink , now we know that she smoked as well !
wow , Beth said Natalee has an impeccable records and has set high standards for others , yeah and she also needed assistance getting back from the bars at night !

ah, "not smoking"....the paragon of morality.

smoking rates a quite lower than habitual lying on my morality scale

how about coercing strangers to suck jelly shots and then give them blowjobs in cars.

dev,
natalee gave joran a bj? that's news to me

you gave joran a bj? i'm confused

did joran say he did?

wait, if he did, he probably has since changed his story...

Pearland now. You'd be surprised how much it is developing.

I grew up in Louisiana.

Charles Croes said that to VF that Joran told him that. But that was part of the HI lie. The BJ may or may not have occured. I doubt Joran would have explicitly mentioned it in his TV interviews , in any case its fairly inconsequential to the case.

Beth set Natalee up in the press as a paragon of virtue and perfection. What I realized soon after this whole thing began was that there was a LOT Beth didn't know about Natalee. I don't think Beth and Natalee were "getting along" - even Beth said there were arguments - and I don't think Natalee liked or got along with Jug Twitty. I think perhaps there was tension and difficulty within the family after Beth married Jug and I think it may have culminated in Natalee really closing off to Beth in Natalee's Sr year. Of course Beth still felt Natalee was the same, but Natalee was hiding things from her Mom. I still think Beth and Jug had a LOT to do with the fact that Natalee had not had a single boyfriend since 9th grade and Beth had to get her a prom date. I think they "discouraged" Natalee dating anyone seriously - they wanted her to be that perfect daughter. The smoking, the drinking, the obvious disinterest in the dance troup and her interest in a different group of friends all were signs Natalee was pulling away, attempting to be her own woman - even defying Jug and Beth. Thus the comments to friends and Joran "my Mom is Hitler's Sister". Natalee was upset with Beth and felt Beth was "like Hitler" ie:controlling, inflexible, strict - perhaps she had gotten more so under Jug's influence - something Natalee may have resented very much. Going with Joran may have been just another way of "defying" her Mom and Jug and being more "adult" and independent from them - she was in Aruba and didn't have to follow THEIR rules (or anyones rules) any more. She wasn't a girl gone wild, she was a girl drunk with her 1st real taste of FREEDOM.

More likely drunk with her first hit of 151 laced with Ecstacy.

Has anybody found out anything about Andin Bikker???? The A. B. that was interrogated for 6 hours Saturday? I don't remember where I read his name. Anyone?

Dennis if u'r still here, i went to hs in houston also :)

Truthinplainsight and Jack,

thanks for condolences, I wasn't mad, had to go.

Great post..(the whole post) I abbreviated it, but, your summation is how I imagine things to have been, not that I know. But, I totally agree with ya. I think she was a neat kid, who was understandably feeling liberated, experimenting with her first taste of independence and adulthood. I wish she had 70 more years to follow, as she deserved. :(

Hey..did anyone else notice that in Joran's lawyers response to the lawsuit he listed Michael Dompig as one of Joran's friends? I waited to see if anyone thought anything of it, but havent seen it mentioned yet...

Has anybody found out anything about Andin Bikker???? The A. B. that was interrogated for 6 hours

Is that what who A.B. is? Hadn't heard that.

she was acting like a slut and she got what sluts get.

Who is Deetch and where can I see the photo??
Why the hell is Andin Bikker's name in this case??
Andin has nothing to do with this case!

He never explains WHY they went to the beach instead tho.

Posted by: jon | Friday, April 28, 2006 at 07:36 PM

From Greta's interview

Interviewer: Why that beach? I mean there's an awful lot of beaches in this... on this island, why that beach?

Joran van der Sloot: Because we were driving towards her hotel. That's just... and that was just the one place I wanted to get out.

Posted by: jack | Friday, April 28, 2006 at 07:40 PM

But the Marriott beach isn't on the way to her hotel, it's past it. So he didn't answer Greta's question, why that particular beach. And why stop at any beach before going to the lighthouse like he says she wanted, he never explained that either.

Check the spelling.

jon>He never explains WHY they went to the beach instead tho.

How about; it is secluded but only a couple of hundred metres easy walk to her hotel, visible just down the beach? Effectively taking her almost home the seven odd miles from the club? They wanted to snog without an audience?

(Did they only have sheep where you grew up?)

Ouote: He never explains WHY they went to the beach instead tho.

How about; When they finally stopped in front of Joran's apartment she had gotten so loud and obnoxious he was afraid she was gonna wake up his parents.

Arubanese: Andin Bikker (supposedly) was interrogated for six hours Saturday and released. His picture is at arubadirtypolice.blogspot.com. I think it was said he is a suspect.

Andin Bikker is a lawyer on Aruba, possibly someone in politics, and possibly this guy:

The announcement follows the company's recent million-dollar partnership with New Millennium Telecom Services N.V. (NMTS) of Aruba. With the Aruba agreement, NMTS will immediately begin trading under the name Digicel in Aruba.

Commenting on the partnership with Digicel, one of NMTS's senior managers, Andin Bikker, said: "Digicel is a trailblazer in every sense of the word. We are excited about teaming up with a company that does its homework and knows the markets that they go into. Digicel has...

Charles Croes is a reseller for Digicel, and Andin Bikker might very well be the "major friend" who called him when the Twittys arrived. Croes told Greta he thought the call was about "work" even given the weird late time (11:30pm). It would very much fit the style of the Twittys screwball "family investigation" if the first person they contacted on Aruba turns out to have been a prominent lawyer.

I'm still curious why he was questioned, Punk. I'm really starting to think they are about done with the investigation. With no answers. Sucks!!

Windy, I don't know unless Geoffrey van Cromvoirt brought up his name. If A. B. is a lawyer, there must be a Junior. The one questioned was 20 years old.

Arubanese, you may have to try to pull up Andin's picture two times. The first time I try, it fades. The second time, it stays on the screen.

Paulus was the only parent at home. Wonder why she would be loud & obnoxious?

"Let me go....take me back to my hotel room!"

My scenerio is just as plausable.

Natalee never made it to the beach.

What happened to the post Dan was going to make about the case? Did I miss it somewhere?

Subject: Duke and Natalee on "Faux"!

We sit in front of our television sets, "enthralled,"
watching the Duke rape scandal (so, an "Exotic Dancer"/
"Escort Service" is not paid enough, and all of a sudden it becomes "rape"!), or stupefied with the on-going (not even the "Energizer Bunny" could have managed to keep going, and going, and going.... so much!) Natalee Holloway "Theological
dilemma" of "how many Kalpoes can dance on the head of a pin" on "Faux News," to be preoccupied with such "mundane" cares as the Democrats obsession with loosing the war at all costs in Iraq, the illegal Mexican infestation immigration debate, or the upcoming elections in November!!!

Suffice it to say that concerning one of these most impacting issues: "The Demographic conquest of America by a Foreign Power - Mexico" nothing much has been heard from our beloved "Conservative Base" while "illegal Mexicans" march down our streets with impunity, demanding that we shove them down our throats, and no one does anything about it!

There is something about double negatives, that the simple minded find baffling, and the rest of us amusing!

I remember once, driving by a prestigious trailer park in the vicinity of Mountain Brook , Alabama, and seeing a pick-up truck in front of me with a bumper sticker that read: “ If you ain’t country, you ain’t shit.”

At the next red light I pulled up right next to it, rolled my window down, and asked the driver: “Excuse me, about your bumper sticker back there, do you realize that what you are saying is ‘That if you is country, you is shit’??? Think about it!”

The light turned green and I rapidly sped away as I left Beth Twitty in her pick-up at the intersection, sitting there, trying to figure it out!.

In like manner, the upcoming “A day without illegal Mexicans Protests” (this is mostly about our Aztec neighbors to our south who wish to infest us like roaches across our borders with impunity, not about the insignificant number of illegal aliens of other nationalities amongst us!), and the accompanying boycott on that day in Mexico of all American products, “A day without Gringos,” falls in the same category of a double negative statement, as that of the bumper sticker to which I referred to above, that amply demonstrates the average intelligence of certain prestigious Alabamans....not to mention the dangers of inbreeding!

Though a “A day without illegal Mexicans” will be catastrophic to the Hollywood crowd (imagine, a day without “servants”!), particularly to their waistline, due to the ensuing shortage of lettuces on our produce shelves, and might result in higher grass on lawns all throughout the nation, I would like to ask our feathered , Nahuatl speaking friends to the south, if we expound on the notion of the Mexican boycott across the board, and as an answer to their “A day without illegal Mexicans” we respond in kind with a “A day without Gringos” what may I ask, to their surprise will they find??? Just imagine a day when, as if by magic, all the hated “Gringos” will be gone from America, and only Mexicans and other illegal aliens left behind.... the Mexicans invading us now would look around, standing by the dog-meat taco stands that would replace all Mc Donalds all across America, and realize: “Oh my God! After all the trouble of sneaking across the desert...there’s nothing but illiterate, filthy, Mexicans here.... it’s just like Mexico!!!”

Had Hernan Cortez foreseen the consequences of his having had the “cojones” to defeat 200,000 Aztecs with his cocky 200 Spaniards that fateful day in the valley of Otumba, to become ruler of Mexico, and seen what a sore has Mexico become today to his Spanish Heritage, he would have fled in horror back to his Caravelles, and sailed back to Cuba in all haste....so help me God!!!

In the words of the Spaniards of that day, who remarked how the “Majestic” temples of the Aztecs “... smelled worse than all the slaughter-houses of Seville in the summer” due to their “noble” human sacrifices, which smeared blood has given that lovely “pinkish” hue, to the otherwise pure white limestone of the “Stelae” in our Museums, and other of their monuments:

“Mirad a estos indios, mestizos, alzados, y veras por que los desdeñamos!”

Arubaanse you shouldn't be here. People on here take every rumor for suspects. You should know by now. Go to Refugee where they briefly talked about Andin that he wasn't the one but a certain Alberto and that was it. Its fun on Refugee too....;)
