Dan, I desperately want to attend an anti-immigration rally but this seems pretty weak. Hopefully you wont link every website with a $15 domain name investment and a pathetic story about TB with a handout for PayPal donations, lest you dilute our interest and we miss it when something REAL comes along.

I don't think it is so much a plea for money as it is a starting point for "the other side" to be heard.

Hopefully there will be a unified interest in this.

Considering the rapid and effective way pro-illegal rallies were organized and conducted, you would think that someone would step up and organize Americans.

No one seems to have done that. Every business contacted by IIP has refused to allow us to use their names on the website as supporting immigration reform.

There has been some real interest in some areas, Texas has a good rally planned, but it is growing clearer and clearer that most Americans truly do not care how many illegals enter the United States, where they came from or why they are here.

Many people who contact IIP say that they are afraid of being labeled racists and also fear employer retaliation if they are seen rallying for our immigration laws to be enforced.

It is pretty weak to claim to want to "attend" a rally and insult the website that collects the info for that rally. I think it would be much more American to START your own rally, and take advantage of the free publicity offered by IIP, Alipac, Minutemen and many others. If IIP isnt pretty enough to whet your HTML whistle, please, be an American and start your own, and we will help promote it!

Why wait for a pretty website funded by Tyson, Walmart or Home Depot? If unhappy with the simplistic nature of IIP, then please, be a leader and create your own movement.

This is the problem, the groups we see protesting for illegal immigrant rights seem to value ALL input and do not take up elitist views because the website organizing them wasnt pretty enough.

Maybe its just easier to stay home and watch the pro-illegal protesters demand your rights for people here illegally?

Flag of our fathers

The battle cry should be "Remember the Alamo". Texans, more than anyone, should know what we are facing
with the onslaut of illegals crossing our borders every day. Take a look around you, the signs of
invasion are everywhere. If any other country had this many people invading their country, it would be
considered an act of war. "Jepordizing the Sovereignty of a Nation." You can't even travel to parts of certain major cities
without seeing that people coming to the U.S. A. today do not what to be part of the great experiment.
They wish to be seperate/ isolationist, build enclaves of people only like them and shut out everyone else:
to topple our great nation's Constitution, "Bill of Righs", legal laws for immigration and integration. Go to any Home Depot,
Lowe's, Wal-Mart, or other major stores and you will find that English is getting smaller while Spanish signs
are getting larger. Rather than learn english, the people, primarily coming from the Southern
borders are not acclimating (legal or not). They want to turn us into them, rather than showing us
they are happy to be hear by assimilating and pledging allegance to their new homeland.
Try using your Verizon wireless phones without hearing two language prompts and outgoing/ incoming messages.
They (Verizon) now, without your consent, force you to listen to both english and spanish. Not just because
they think it is a good idea, but because you have to pay for the extra seconds it takes to get
through the voicemails, prompts, etc. Figure this, for every person that has to listen to both
languages those few seconds will add up to millions of dollars for Verizon. It also shows the magnitude of the invasion.
WHAT NEXT VERIZON? WILL WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO 5 LANGUAGES BEFORE WE CAN GET TO OUR INCOMING MESSAGES?
We pay for a service and we have no choice in how that service is delivered. VERIZON, You need a wake up call!
Anyone should leave Verizon that finds this to be true. They don't deserve our dollars if we can't taylor our
service to our language needs, without extra expense. If you have them, call and demand they give you what
you want, until they roll back the clock and take off the dual language prompts. We shouldn't have to pay
for this, in time or money. It smacks of treason to the American Born, and those that chose to assimilate into the
U. S. culture. The fact that these immigrants choose not to learn, nor care to learn the National language "English": Because
why should they, when Companies like Verizon, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot and even the State and Federal
Governments make it easy for them to stay lazy. Sure, come here, refuse or just don't
take the time to learn English. This is a national epidemic and it isn't just the Spanish speaking
refusing to adjust, they are just the largest group and the front runners of the movement against Navtive born
and Naturalized, English speaking citizens. They desire to come here then, tell the native born, who's family's lineage reaches back several
generations, that we have to be like them. Stubborn and unwavering. Then, are rude to the people that let them live in this country,
albeit for 11 million of them, illegally.
Sure, tell us we are wrong for fighting to hold true to our lineage, values and culture.
Sure, go ahead, use our social and welfare and medical and educational system for you and your offspring, then
turn around and give us attitude. Come across the border illegally, pregnant, pop out a child so he can
be considered a U. S. citizen and you can stay too and rape our system. Hey, you came here
illegally, you crossed our border and are putting a strain on our tax dollars, our schools, our emergency
rooms etc.. Too bad you didn't come through Ellis Island, learn english, lean our history and wish to
assimilate.
Instead, they(these misguided non-patriots) wave the mexican and other flags in our faces as they protest
for illegal immigration rights. They hang our flag (the U.S. flag) upsidedown below the mexican flag at the Montebello high school
in California. These students, from Pioneer and Whittier High Schools that did this, should all be expelled from the school system
that they abused. Where were the school officials while OUR flag was being defiled? Where was the press? Where was the
school board and Principle? Obviously, not there stopping this disgraceful act, nor punishing
these ingrates for their abuse of the Nation's Flag. You know, the Flag that many people hide under when they want political asylum or
human right's protection. We the tax payers put our money into these institutions, even if we don't have children, to educate these ungrateful kids.
Many from illegal parents, and many that are not leagal citizens of this country. This is the thanks we get for not deporting them and their
parents long before this.
If they dislike our country so much, our policies, then they should stay in their own country and change
things there. If they love their country so much they wish to fly it's flag above ours, then send them
back to what ever country they came from and tell them to fight for justice there. At least here we don't
shoot people for such behavior, nor imprison them. Thanks for the slap in the face to those who
came here legally and followed the protocal to become citizens and those that are native born.
We really have symathy for them now. NOT! You won't see the Mexican flag hanging first above
an upside down American flag in the major media, nor front pages of any major paper. Why, because
the left wing sympathetic, politically correct (runamuk), liberal bleeding hearts would make a big issue
if you saw the truth of what was going on. They (bleeding liberal hearts, like the LA Mayor-Antonio Stupidgossa)
would cry that this was not just and it was an isolated incident. They, the liberals, that want to give
away our country, would say we, the true defenders of America, were discriminating and distoring
the truth.
What happened to Homeland security? Where are they as we are invaded day in and out? Where
are they when our Nation's Flag is being defiled? Why aren't we seeing an electrified fence with a neutral zone
placed at our southern border? Where are the coastgards enmass, and the Navy to protect our shores. Homeland Security, what a joke!
How many of these illegals/Criminals are placing our Country at risk? Do you know George W. Bush!?
If you know best than what are you doing about it? Or is this like how you helped the people
of the Gulf coast after the last hurricane season? We need border guards by the thousands, towers and posts set up
to shoot the perps on sight. Who knows we might even catch an alquida sneaking in with the other
undocumented immigrants. Homeland Security, Right!?

We are fighting the wrong war in the Middle East. Let Iraq and Iran alone and bring our troops
home, were we really have a fight to save our country. Tell Israel to fight their own battles and solve
the problems they created. The real battle is on U.S. American soil. Let's start saving money by stopping
the "War on Terrorism" abroad and start spending it here wherewe are struggling to save
our nation from invaders at all points of entry. Put OUR money where your
mouth is ,Geroge, and keep America, free, One language, one people and one Ideal.
A NATION DIVIDED CAN NOT STAND! AND ARE WE EVER DIVIDED!

Time to take action, stop it now! Stop the disrespect of our Native born, of our borders and our homeland.
Stop the abuse of our Flag of our economy and resources. Stop the Government from sliding down a slippery slope.
Stop the illegal invasion, the criminal immigration. Stop corporations from force feeding us a steady
diet of two languages and making us pick up the tab. Time to fight back or this will become just
an extention of the shady political regime of Mexico! Who know's maybe worse than that!

It blows my mind that citizens of the U.S. wanting laws enforced are being called racist! Anybody who came into this country illegally has cut in front of a very long line. Many people from many different countries have waited a very long time at a chance for the American dream. Illegal immigrants from bordering countries are stating their race is better than other races by cutting in front of the line. Why are law breaking Illegal immigrants coming from countries bordering the U.S. being considered for citizenship before law abiding hopeful immigrants from other countries. Illegal immigrants and their supporters are the real racists!
