Fixing Mexico

Okay, I'm not stupid. An email I received appears to be from Mexican wives abandoned in Mexico. It's about returning men to Mexico by closing down illegal immigration. However, after that bit, it's all about hand crafted jewelry.

So, why would I link it? Because assuming it is in Mexico - and the telephone numbers appear to be, the real way to fix Mexico is through capitalism and free markets. So, why not link it?
