They don't get any crazier than her. She was booted out once. Then they remapped the voting areas and she won back her seat. A real idiot.

thats the problem with you guys...when shit aint going your way... its time to find the most irrelevalent bullshit and hype it into moral outrage. How about a piece on the exorsist preachers...arent they america's new taliban

"thats the problem with you guys..."

is it not her party that professes to be the party of national security? instead of providing the example we get "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM???????!!!!!!!!"

Old dude Alcee Hastings is another one of these nuts now in Congress. Only politicians can get away with breaking the laws.

Why just pick on her? Cripes, the whole bunch is unbalanced.

Not so. Eleven Million people are getting away with breaking our laws and they are not politicians. They are good swimmers!

I must have missed "her party profess to be the party of national security" ?? The democrats arent in charge of a damn thing ...
National security is Bush's mantra....

now she is saying it was racially motivated and that the police were at fault. What about the fact that the Senators aer supposed to be wearing lapel pins that identify them. Come to find out that if she had been wear her's, which she wasnt, she would have been let in no problem. Give it a break, the race card is getting old and quite annoying. Just like Katrina effected white people too, and didnt target out only blacks, if Some white senator had tried to enter with out his pin, they would have stoped him to. Plus, does being a BLACK SENATOR make you above the law? If you or I punch a cop, regardless of the issue, we are going to jail for assult on a peace officer.

GIVE IT A FRIGGIN REST PEOPLE!

I'll take it that "Give it a friggin rest people" is directed toward the truly stupid people who cry
"racism" at the drop of a hat.

For the rest of us it has the same annoying effect as a gnat buzzing around our face. Slap it dead and wash our hands.

My god... This is not about Democrats vs Republicans, this has to do with national security and doing your share. She's a friggin' Congresswoman, and isn't it Congress (of all people) who should be setting an example?? This has nothing to do with race - just do your job and do what's expected of you and shut the hell up! She has made herself look like a complete idiot by pulling the race card in this matter. I was just there in DC a couple weeks ago to visit Rep. Luis Gutierrez and was able to tour the Capitol and a few of the Congressional buildings, and I was very impressed with the security in place. One of Rep. Gutierrez' aides explained how they really can get in trouble by not wearing the lapel pin. She also explained how much easier it makes both the security and Congress' jobs easier by wearing them when clearing checkpoints. I'm a Democrat and the way she's trying to spin this whole issue is completely pathetic. The final nail in the coffin was showing up w/ Danny Glover and Henry Belafonte at her press conference. She needs to resign or forced out - end of story.
