And...now there is more and more advertising targeting the hispanic market which just encourages their "entitlement" attitude. Congress better wake up. It's all this political correctness.

Agagin, the American people have no idea their own power. If all of us who carp about illegals and Chinese goods in Walmart would boycott some businesses....they would force the government to come around. If a biz uses we speak spanish in their ads, boycott them.

I keep asking, though I already know the true answer, where in the Constitution for the United States of America is a grant of power to the federal government to manage immigration?

There is none. Congress has absolutely no authority over immigration. Immigration is a state issue and Congress is empowered to "make an uniform rule of naturalization..." (Article I, Section 8) in order to make sure naturalization occurs in the same manner and under the same conditions in all states. The fact that this constitution has not been followed means EVERYONE that has been allowed to immigrate to the US and has been naturalized by the federal government is not a legal citizen. My genealogical research would indicate the issue of federal naturalization began in the late 19th century.

G-d durn stupid people who can't read. Check out the constitution. You won't find the authority in there. The only implications of the words in the Constitution are that states decide who can immigrate. Congress was assumed only to be able to prohibit importation of people (article I, section 8 again)and that was made moot by the 13th amendment.

But the real issue is that unless it becomes a monkey on their back, no one will do squat about the problem and it's always easier to let someone else handle the situation. The People of the United States are ignorant, brain-washed boobs, happily sitting around drinking beer and watching sports on TV.
