LOL My gawd, I have to stop having Fox on in the background at night. I don't think I ever watched anything on there except for Hume and a political show or two. I hope their credibility as being somewhat balanced politically and even a little conservative doesn't go away because of this entertainment nonsense they pass off as news, or whatever at night.
Now there are some good people that pop up, so I don't want to dis everyone. But, geesh! I picture an alley full of drunken lawyers out back and whenever they need someone they drag one in, clean them up, put 'em in a suit and say, "You're on!" I was listening to one idiot foaming about how VDS keeps talking. LOL Excuse me??
Then there's the meat effect. The green room looked fine when I was there, so why is it I picture these ravenous guests charging at a fence while a minor producer teases them with a raw steak to get them all stoked up before they go on air? ha
I can picture Greta being afraid when the camera goes off and a handler emerging with a leash to lead one or two of them off the set. And a fair number of them appear to hate one another, ever notice that?
Feiger, or whatever his name is looks like he was smoking a joint with the doorman in the lobby before he goes on, though at least he manages to open his eyes when the red light comes on. They should market a toy set, or board game and call it Greta's menagerie ... the best of Faux News.
I honestly don't get why serious people wind up doing something like that for a career. Sure, the bucks have to be great, the fame, or whatever - but I honestly couldn't do something like that day in and day out. It's like Springer, without Cleveland. Where's the fun in that?
And, puhlease, you critics, no, I am not jealous. Heck, I'd love to do a news type show, or something serious - but if I wanted to do what I see on there most evenings, I'd run away and join the circus. Seriously. God help America if more than five or so percent of us ever start watching that stuff regularly. It can't be good for ones mental health.

Sir Dan, you are in prime form tonight. Greta on a leash. Heh.

I think it's worse in the morning with all the yukfest and BS that goes with the happy talk and little real news.

I know they do have security guards standing in the shadows for O'Reilly.
I laugh at Greta's crew because some do hate each other and they're so funny. I watch without paying attention to what they're talking about.
The morning show is a hoot, and they make no bones about yukking it up and being silly. Good for them.
Fox doesn't try for one minute to disguise that they are conservative.
The best, though, is Brit. I love it when he bitch-slaps Juan Williams. ha ha ha.. But Charles Krauthammer is my favorite. Brit Hume is a class act.

For someone who hardly watches it -- you do come across as someone who is obsessed by them. There are other (equally as bad) news outlets out there to watch instead.

I agree 100% concerning Fox News, Dan. I can't even watch Greta anymore. She has lost all credibility with me. I do love Brit Hume, however. He is the best at that network.

i dunno, does fox think having her on makes it more balanced? i assumed she was a democrat after she disclosed in '04 that her husband was working for the kerry campaign as a fund raiser.

I just don't have anything to say these days. I've just been sitting around doing nothing. More or less nothing seems worth bothering with.

I've basically been doing nothing to speak of. Basically nothing seems worth thinking about. I feel like a void, but that's how it is. I've just been hanging out doing nothing.

I've just been staying at home waiting for something to happen. I just don't have much to say right now, but so it goes. I've basically been doing nothing to speak of, but shrug. Today was a loss. I don't care. That's how it is.
