At least as real as he can probably get.
Meanwhile, Kennedy admitted to Hiller that he himself probably couldn’t pass Judiciary Committee muster.
“Probably not . . . probably not,” Kennedy said.
Who is he kidding? Probably not? I doubt the man could pass a driver's test, let alone a confirmation hearing for the Supreme Court, ... or, maybe, ... Senate chauffeur.

Have another drink Teddy.

Can you imagine the questioning?
I know one answer, Yes, since then I have promoted water sports safety and I advise all to learn to swim and always always have a floatation device handy. It's raining here today.
I needed this laugh. Thanks Dan

Maybe not pass a drivers test, but he can swim.

Dan:
Thanks for this post. I really had a good laugh at it. This man is on the top of my list for most intensely disliked people. I can't believe that he has the unmitigated gall to sit and question somone with the ethics and morals like either John Roberts or Sam Alito. He is absolutely disgusting and a black mark for the US Senate. No, I don't think he could pass muster for anything other than what he is and I don't use that kind of language. Thanks for letting me vent. Moey

HE IS A MURDERER AND A COWARD! EEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW KENNEDY MAKES ME WANNA PUKE!!!! He is passing bills in the senate and telling good people of America how to live their lives and we are paying him to do it.
