Prosecutors are prepared to charge Ben Fawley with capitol murder. While admitting they have more information than what has been made public, it appears the case might not be a "slam dunk," either.
Sources tell NBC12 a Mathews County grand jury will review the Taylor Behl case Tuesday. Former Commonwealth's Attorney David Hicks believes there's enough evidence to indict Ben Fawley on murder charges.
During the investigation, Hicks was in charge of prosecution for the City of Richmond and was under a gag order. While he doesn't want to compromise the investigation, he's now free to share his insight in the case.

I Pray every day that he will get what is coming to him. So I guess the time is coming now.

Glad to hear they are going for the capitol murder charge. So they are going to try to prove it was deliberate, premeditated, willful and maybe abduction.Humm.. I think they may get it in this case.I just want to see justice for Taylor.I want Ben to spend the rest of his life behind bars with no chance of parole ever!!! I still wonder if someone else helped him or did he act alone??

I would think we would have heard if they thought he was not alone in this. He probably would have squealed to get his ass off the line. But who knows, then again in his sicko mind he wants to take all of the "credit". FREAK!

I hope they have the evidence to support this. I would hate to see him get off with HIS claim.

Abigail, I was just thinking back to a comment made on the board about Ben not acting alone. With the gag order in place its hard to say what they have as evidence.Hope we will hear something soon.

Diane, that's true, but not even a peep of a rumor? ")

Taylor's mom was on TV saying that she does not want the death penalty for BF now. She wants him to suffer in prison and think about what he did to Taylor everyday. She said death would be easy for him.

Grand Jury convenes today for charges against bf.
I hope they try him for Murder 1, but whatever they have to do to make sure he gets the maximum sentence is fine with me.
With the gag order, it's difficult to tell just what they have on bf besides his "confession".
My prayers are for Janet to stay strong today, and for the (district) prosecuting attorneys, may God guide you in your deliberations.

He lost it and had to "confess" when Taylor's body was found. I wonder if there will be another "outburst" when the charges become official.
