Of course, if the mayor of any town said it was going to be white, again - well, we know where that would go, now don't we? I wonder if Nagin dropped this little Hershey's Kiss on the crowd before or after the Unity Day Parade ended in gun fire.
NEW ORLEANS -- Mayor Ray Nagin told a crowd gathered at City Hall on Monday for a march honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. that New Orleans will be "chocolate" again.

I bet the flyover tribute in San Antonio didnt end in gunfire and lawlessness. Just guessing. Perhaps there's just not a good way to pay tribute to MLK--and why do we even have this holiday? I really dont get it.

Amazing the maturity level projected by persons such as Nagin. Then again, I guess they must represent....somebody.

Makes me want to give my tax money so New Orleans can be rebuilt. New Orleans will not change a thing. They will remain a welfare state because of democrats and Liberals like Nagin and Gov. Blanco.

Maybe every ignorant piece of white trash should burn and trash New Orleans again, just like the thousands of gang members did when the KKK spoke. Any white politician would have been forced to resign already. Instead the government will probably support Nagin, and hopefully we can all donate to the endless lap dances and booze fueled evenings for these "poor" people....
