WTF?! This guy is going to walk...plain and simple. They will never "catch" the killer because he will be living scotfree in Britain...that is so sad...he has the complacent British authorities and the public on his side so he will be able to put his past behind him and continue on his sociopathic way. May he never have one moments peace for what he was done and may the memory of his wife and baby haunt him to his grave.

I believe that Britain can't do anything unless we charge him with a crime than we can take him back here unless he decides to come back himself. All day today on our local news in Boston they were reporting that Entwistle was coming back here. Time will tell.

Last I heard, none of the Boston authorities have charged him with a crime yet. If they do that then an extradition request can be made to UK. UK has to honor it as there is a extradition treaty between the US and UK. UK has to comply unless it is a capital punishment case. Boston does not have the death penalty so that is not in play here.

Well obviously he did it because why else would you run? Duh? I don't care about extradition. They better haul him back to the states and make him pay for murdering a beautiful mother and baby.

Why did he leave with a one way ticket? That pretty much says it all.The US is doing their home work and sooner or later he will be charged with murder of hsi wife and baby girl. Britain might not send him because we have the death penalty. It might be wife for Britain to send him as if they do not then it will only lead to strain relationship between two countries.

I just want to respond to comments by kww:
The British authorities are not complacent. They cannot send Entwistle back to the US without the US authorities requesting it (which would require them to charge him with something). Once they do that he will be returned under the extradition agreements between our two countries. Since Boston does not practice capital punishment, this will not be a problem.

And as for Entwistle having the British public on his side, I can only tell you that not a great deal of people are aware of this case - it certainly isn't a top story. Those that are aware of it are wondering why he's not been charged and held yet, because he has made himself look terribly guilty. We can only assume that there is not yet enough EVIDENCE, this is something required before charging and incarcerating someone. Unless, of course, they are being held in Camp X-ray.

Well, it seem that Mr Entwistle has been arrested! The warrent for his arrest was issued late yesterday and he has just been arrested. It seems that the British authorities are not so complacent after all!

Well, It's about time! he should be brought back and put in a cell where there are some people who would love to punish him with no one to help him just as he done to Rachel and her baby. I will not say his baby, because to do this to your own child don't deserve the honor to call that beautiful baby his! I say HANG HIM!
