To quote Daily Kos in May:
George Galloway is a member of Parliament for Bethnal Green and Bow and stands (falsely) accused by conservative US senators of taking bribes from Iraq in an oil-for-food scandal. His statement before the US Senate is a truly righteous, withering, and devastating critique of the US position in Iraq:
Galloway was "the man of the hour" in DC according to CNN and trumpeted by the Left as a hero for speaking truth to power when accused of taking money in the UN's Oil for Food scandal. Last week he was drinking milk from a saucer - and now this.
On the Brit TV show Big Brother, Galloway is the leading candidate for eviction this week - just ahead of Dennis Rodman and an aging, retired transvestite rock singer. His voting district is keeping a running tab of what his being busy filming a TV show is costing them.
Now, really, is it hard to presume there is very little this government official wouldn't do for money? What a disgrace. If he wanted to have some fun after he was retired, who cares. But the man holds an office in government for heaven's sake.

And sadly there are enough "...aging, retired transvestite rock singer..." and other weirdoes that can vote and have money who need a nut case to represent them. Perhaps voting should be a privilege earned thru I Q tests.

If this sly snake of a man decides to stand again for election, I hope the opposition uses this photo of him for the benefit of all those pro Saddam Hussein Muslims who voted for him last time around, and did not get to see him on Big Brother. He is a disgrace, and how anybody can take this man seriously beggers belief.

Galloway is a goofball... but he's a British politician so why do you care?
BY THE WAY: Who created those forgeries? Chalabi? A Norm Coleman staffer?
Somebody should be in prison for that stunt (I doubt there is even an investigation).

He's donating his money to charity from the show. He's clearly doing it to increase his profile with a new audience not for financial gain.
PS - Do you know anything about libel laws? He does. You should check his records. He has not lost a case yet.

Ooooh, I'm shaking. I actually repeated public information as regards a public figure.
Dope.

I see nothing libelous here at all, just an account of what Galloway is doing on television and a frame from the show. No one has declared the Coleman committee documents a forgery except Galloway, who should come back here to face criminal charges.

RE: "No one has declared the Coleman committee documents a forgery except Galloway"
Huh? You must be joking.
They have been confirmed as forgeries.
Really crappy forgeries too.
