Bizarre when you own kid has to say it ... but, he did.
"Fox News Sunday" anchorman Chris Wallace says father Mike Wallace has "lost it" - after the legendary CBS newsman told the Boston Globe last week that the fact George Bush had been elected president shows America is "[expletive]-up."
"He's lost it. The man has lost it. What can I say," the younger Wallace lamented to WRKO Boston radio host Howie Carr on Friday.
"He's 87-years old and things have set in," the Fox anchor continued. "I mean, we're going to have a competence hearing pretty soon."
Wallace Jr. quickly dispelled any notion that he was joking. When Carr suggested that his comments were likely to be covered by NewsMax, he responded: "You know what? Fine. Go ahead. Call them. That's fine. I'll stand by that."

It seems like the younger Wallace's only criteria for determining that the old man has lost it, is that he disagrees with Wallace Sr's opinion.
I'd say that a person who compares Howard Dean's 'right' to speak his mind in America, to Tokyo Rose style propaganda......has lost it.

Na, I think it's the Fox thing too. Fox would be having a cow (pun intended) about Wallace Sr.'s view. After being with Fox, little chance Jr. would get hired by ABC, CBS, CNN or NBC. Fox is like the National Enquirer of TV. You can't be considered serious after you take the Fox money.

Wallace's son has just proven what an ass he is. His father is one of the most respected men in journalism. And if he is getting senile, so be it, but for a son to air a family's private issues like that is despicable, and I certainly hope any judge that son takes his father before saves the son from the father.

I guess you haven't followed the travesty of the Fox coverage of Natalee Holloway eh?
Fox is entertainment and it's now very funny.
