So as much as some have missed our corpsman friend, he comes in drops a note and flies into the ether.

Abi: ya trying to tell us they dont?

Posted by: Rick | Dec 8, 2005 7:25:12 PM

Oh, sorry, that's like breaking news to kids that thier own parents are Santa Clause!

LIAR!!!!

hey, i was just kidding

I did not mean it! It all gets done by the elves and fairies and Santa does come down the chimney!

I may have heard this wrong, but I was walking in from getting the doggies feet clean from the snow and I thought I heard on the news , "Behl" something else, and then "would not face charges for the firearms". I'm not quoting exactly what I heard, but I thought that was it. Searching frantically....

Bob, sure I'm interested. You can email it to me, address in signature is correct. I like the
Buddhism thing as well. I'll have to check out Crash. Loved the Mans-Son interview!

Diane, great idea on the scholarship.

Abby, thanks for the Sara post, found that interesting. And, if you're sending your large donation (I only pledged my 2 cents) to Cino, please don't clean it!

Absynth, good to see you're alive....and well?

I am working on my donation. This penny is a biocth to saw in half.

Abby,I looked at the purple picture this am and I again see an image.I really think BF used his photo shop and put images in the pictures. The only other thing is this film was damaged and we are seeing double exposures.I am going back to look and I will send you an email as to my thoughts on this one.

HALF A PENNY? What is that, 5 mills? Now, what attorney is going to take 1/2 a penny? We are in the first official day of the fRawley Legal Defense Fund Telethon, I hadda give McMahon my right kidney to do this!!! you people have to do beter than 14.5 cents. We need $999,999.92 and a half cents!
Should I show pictures of decaying bodies? Of beaten women? Stolen cars? Forced open doors? Will that motivate you to donate?
Jeez O Peet I am really wondering how heartless can you people be? fRawley didn't do it! It was the MONSTER inside and the MONSTER won! Please!

I wonder if Rachel would give if we promise fRawley will be her official photographer. She is worried about having a reputable photographer maybe if she knew fRawley would work with her she would donate?
Who wants to volunteer to go over to HCJordan and ask him if he can put a Paypal link on his LJ home page? Voices are telling me not to go over there. Someone else is going to have to do it. Sorry, but when the voices tell me what to do I have to listen.
"uuuuuh huuuuh. Dey turned me loose from the nervous hospital. They said I was well from it now. uuuuh huuuh"

I was trying to give Dan time to post this. Lots are going to be pissed.

Did you guys see this from about 2 blogs ago? It was the last post....

Ok folks, The only reason Mike Cino keeps writing about this in his journal is because he is an outcast loser who loves that everyone is clicking on his webpage and giving him attention for the first time in his life. Quit going to his livejournal and giving him what he wants. If any of you met him in person, you really wouldn't value his opinon anyway. Trust me, you wouldn't even hire this guy to mow your lawn. He's going no where and neither are his friends (BF). See where he is in 10 years, probably working in a record store telling anyone who will listen about the Taylor Behl case.

What is wrong with working in a record store?
I know a very nice young man who went to VCU who works in a record store. He is an artist also. Maybe you dont understand creative intelligent people. Dont be so judgemental.
Older people are so judgemental.

HOW DO YOU SPELL PLEA BARGAIN?

Nova do you know Mike?

HOW DO YOU SPELL PLEA BARGAIN?

I guess they got what they wanted from him. They said they would drop the charges if they could have access to him in jail.

Bob, Here is the telethon song maybe we can get a few more $$$.

Ed McMahon threw a party in the county jail
The prize patrol was there and BF began to wail
Manson was jumping and the guards began to swing
You should've heard those knocked out criminals begin to sing
lets rock ,everbody lets rock, everbody in the whole prize patrol, was dancing to the jailhouse rock....

GC05009184-00 FAWLEY, BENJAMIN WILLIAM 12/05/05 09:00AM Nolle Prosequi
Charge:
POS/TRANS FIREARMS B Complainant:
PREUSS, C.D. VCU POL

They put this up quick... cross your finger they get the porn charges to stick.

Bob: No I dont know Mike. But I exchanged some friendly posts with him.
He told me he was afraid of Ben. So were others I gather. I guess you think he should have warned Taylor more about Ben. Maybe you are right. But if he was afraid of Ben he would not want Ben coming after him for interferring, right?
It very complicated and not easy to figure out. We cant turn the clock back to September 4th can we?
This crime is what used to be called a CRIME OF PASSION. Both in this country and in Europe.

Plea bargain, ugh...that makes me sick. BF, "the" BF, is a conniving bastard and a worm. He premeditated this down to his breadcrumb trail of hidden photos and this makes me even sicker to know that he is still stringing everone along. This is just another attempt to control his victims, the family, LE, and society, in general.
Everthing he focuses on has something to do with breaking the law and he documents it and is still slipping through the cracks. (ie: pics of illegal drugs, child porn, stlen belongings...I'll bet most of the stuff came from burglaries in the Fan and in and around his neighborhoods. Hell, from the very beginning I've wondered how this Black 17 really died. And have all the girls he photographed, Alyssa, Beth, Mira, etc. been contacted? What happend to them? What happened to other dead people's apartments he was enlisted to clean out after they passed on?

Everything he has ever said that happend to him is really what he has done to all of us. He may never be the victim but he will make damned sure we are.

Nova, I suppose you're not being judgemental by accusing others of being judgemental. Sara posted this and claims to know Cino. I doubt that Sara is an "older" person.

Maybe you dont understand creative intelligent people.Posted by: nova | Dec 9, 2005 10:18:52 AM

Maybe it wasn't too "intelligent" of you to post that line either. Of course, you could always use the excuse of being "creative" so you need not take the responsibility of your post.

Diane, love the song. Now desparately seeking a radio so "Jailhouse Rock" stops resounding in my brain!

As for dropping the gun charges, maybe LE gleaned enough good info from bf to get a good charge on the murder, making the gun charges less significant. Hopefully we will get the murder charges in the news in the next few days. {crossing fingers and saying a prayer or two}

From Wikipedia, description of "CRIME OF PASSION"

A crime of passion, in popular usage, refers to a crime in which the perpetrator commits a crime, specially assault or murder, against a spouse or other loved one due to sudden jealous rage or heartbreak rather then as a premeditated crime. A typical crime of passion, for example, might involve a jealous husband who discovers his wife has been cheating on him and proceeds to murder her and possibly the man she was involved with. While the concept of the crime of passion is not officially recognized in law, it is sometimes used by defense lawyers due to the fact that in popular opinion, if not in courts of law, the commission of murder or of grievous bodily harm is viewed more sympathetically when it is a crime of passion.

Societies in which honor forms a governing principle may react similarly to altercations caused by personal insults or may defer immediate action preferring to consult among family members and act in concert.

In some countries, notably France, crime passionnel (or crime of passion) is a valid defense during murder cases.

I think we will have to wait until Jan when the Grand jury meets in Mathews. I hope it is a Murder ONE charge.

Question?? Could BF be considered a sex offender under the law?

Thanks for the definition.

The gun charges being dropped does not surprise me in the least as it was said all along in exchange for his confession they would be dropped.Another thing to point out I think there may have been a legal issue of some sorts with one gun.It had to do with who had the gun and the person they turned it over to.Don't any of you give up hope that they will not fry Fawley as their is something or someone out there that knows a heck of a lot more and the LE needs to keep digging!!! If this was a crime of passion Fawley would have been charged already. You don't accidentally kill someone and then dispose of her belongings. What happened to Fawley's roommate that split when the police came knocking?? She would have some good info on his activities following Taylor's disappearance. They need to search the computers with a fine tooth comb.If Cinco was afraid of Fawley how many other people were afraid of him?? What did they see or witness to make them afraid. The next question is did Taylor see something she was not suppose to??? I still believe Taylor doing something illegal fits into this crime and it is not the suffocation thing.I can't help but think she was set up to some degree.

DIANE YOU ROCK. THAT SONG MADE ME LAUGH! GOOD ONE....

:-( snif (tears rolling down his face)

Still only 14.5 cents in the fRawley Legal Defense Fund. It's like you people really hate him or something. I mean, Charlie even said it was just a psychotic episode! And Charlie Don't Surf.

After hearing the gun charges were dropped, I am taking my 1/2 penny back.

Come and listen to a story about a man named Ben
A poor pedophile, couldn't keep his family fed,
Then one day he was jerkin' in his bed,

And in through the door came a bubbly nude.

Teen that is, pure gold, unpopped cheery.

Well the first thing you know ol Ben's off his meds,
Kinfolk said "Ben get her away from there"
Said "Mathews is the place you ought to be"
So he loaded up her car and it felt heavenly.

Ponds, that is. Ligatures, rear entry...

Well now its time to say goodby to Ben and all his kin.
And they would like to thank you folks fer kindly droppin in.
You're all invited back a gain to this locality
To have a heapin helpin of Mr. Sparkey

Electric Chair that is. Set a spell, Take your shoes off.

Y'all come back now, y'hear?

Oh my gosh Bob I am laughing so hard that I am crying!!!! That one takes the cake!!!!

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/sex+offender

OK, from what I am reading BF is a sex offender.

Bob, OMG that was just Too Effin' Funny! Thanks, I needed that so desperately!

I just read it again and I laughed and I wrote the damn thing. How much you wanna bet Richmond FM morning radio picks up on that for a skit?

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
On the fRawley Legal Defense Fund Telethon extravaganza weekend...
Instead of cash, my friend Daphne says she will donate a bullet if someone else will donate a gun...
....In other news, I am sorry to report Teresa withdrew her 1/2 cent pledge. I am sorry to say we are STILL $999,999.92 short of goal! For the love of GOD people, please give what you can!

Since I took my 1/2 cent, I will donate the gun. :)

Nova---a serious post... I've been following Cino's LJ and someone put something up there that really, really made a good point. barnyard mouse was the one. Her? first post was about crime bloggers, a good one, the follow up was a little too busy for me to understand.

You said: He told me he was afraid of Ben. So were others I gather."
I saw that post. He said he changed the locks. I have to assume this was before September. All the more reason to say something to T. But I don't know him or what his relationship was with the kid. Rachel said she felt bad, but really wasn't a friend. Fair enough. Maybe he wasn't as close either. Way back when I posted something to the effect that Taylor just slipped through the cracks, is all. It happens. Maybe that's what happened here.

You sqaid: "It very complicated and not easy to figure out. We can't turn the clock back to September 4th can we?"

I couldn't say it any better. In the end maybe that's all we know for sure.

Bob: Thanks for your post. I think you and I see eye to eye on this. I agree with everything you have said. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Bob. Keep up the good work. I agree with all you have said.

Well, NoVA I don't know about me doing good work, been doin some thinkin lately. The whole thing is just a shame. Just think what's going on out there with other people that no one knows about yet...

Did you read Barnyardmouse post over at Cino's place?

Sorry, should have read before I posted something that was already posted! :)

Abby if richmond has a prothonotary (or equivalent) you should be able to request the docket and read the briefs

reference Case Number: GC05009184-00
is what you should ask for at prothonotary's office.

Are you sending me on a field trip?

New blog on charges being dropped.

Did you read Barnyardmouse post over at Cino's place
Yes Bob I read it. What was it that interested you about it?
I agree with what was said.

I haven't been following the the blogs of BF's or Taylor's "friends."

Are people actually still writing about this on a daily basis?
