Taylor Behl - Search Of Pond Comes Up Empty

A source close to the investigation told The Times-Dispatch that divers and other investigators came up empty after searching the pond, located in an area near Mathews County, a rural county about 70 miles east of Richmond where Behl's remains were found Oct. 5.

One wonders, if fawley was willing to "confess" why he is not being more forthcoming with LE. Then, it's obvious LE is trying to find a murder charge.

Looks and sounds like police are working towards a charge of murder. BF stated that Taylor died during sex,guessing he was thinking back on the preppy murder defense. The police want a murder charge to be found, nothing less. If they can find Taylors belongings scattered, that would be more proof, BF tried to cover up.

No bail was set. Not sure where bail falls under Virginia State law, on pronography. I do remember something said, after his arrest on that charge, it was not a bailable charge. I would have to go back to Dan's archive on Taylor Biehl.

Sad, I hope LE checks out the Photobucket pic of the pawn shop sign...locates that pawn shop.

Also I looked at every pic last night, AGAIN at photo bucket...he really did "plant" lots of layered or stacked images in many of the more plain pics. Look att he scenic and flower pics. he probably buried her personal items too. And I would go back to the water plant on Belle Isle inside the area where he took those pics of Taylor. I'm sure an early pic he had of this location showed some manipulation of the b&W photo of the "empty" interior.

This is the screenshot of PC #04. I got this computer for free from the guy who once lived in this apartment. I have yet to make this system 100% mine. This POS is a Dell Dimension 8250 Pentium four with Windows XP Pro. This POS has just one IDE hard drive (111GB shows), DVDR, CDR, and a 250zip. There is 1GB of memory but next to my Craptastic laptop this is the slowest PC in the house. Both PC #2 & #3 with Pentium 2's and Windows 2000 Pro are faster. This bugger is a total pice of crap. The guy didn't do anything but go to work and watch porn. I spent a week digging around and removing porn from this POS PC. There is just 30GB of free space and I can't seem to find what the hell is taking up all of the hard drive space.

Seems to me regarding the porn, possession is all the state has to prove. They'll say he came into possession of the material (whatever date it was) and he made no move to turn in the material to law enforcement or throw it away, therefor he assumed ownership at that time. How will he prove he never viewed it or didn't know it was there? Surely as a computer nerd he knew how to access files. Could he have been formulating a defense in advance with his post?
Now, given his history, if he turned this stuff in, LE may have went after him anyway, unless the computer itself revealed the true owner.
Just another reason to be VERY suspicious of any computers picked up on the cheap. One never knows what's in there.

I think we all knew he had a computer from a gay guy that had live in his building and had died. He cleaned the apt out. He knew what was on it and he broke the law. He should have taken the illegal guns he had and shot that hard drive up.

Have to go back and look. From what I remember, mention was made of BF selling the things he found on this computer on Ebay.

Cindi, I meant, say you pick up a used computer on Ebay and when you get it, it has child porn on it. It's just a hassle, cause if you shoot it up and burn it, you lost whatever $$$ you paid for it. If you go to police, you lost whatever you paid for it. If you send it back, the seller will claim he/she had nothing to do with it. If you are a convicted felon and you go to police with it, you may have more problems.
My only point was, anyone out there in the general public looking to buy a used computer, let the buyer beware...REALLY beware. New laptops can be had for $600-700 now, my IBM that I bought off Ebay used in 2004 was clean, but I don't think I'll buy another one off Ebay.
FYI, if he planned to sell the stuff on Ebay, how the heck would he list it?

I didn't post the link/comments by bf as a possible alibi for the child porn charges. I thought it interesting as if he was trying to cover up what he had found and KEPT.

A computer nerd certainly knows how to find hidden or temp files and delete them. He could have and should have reformatted the hard drive entirely and installed a completely new operating system. But, he even covered that by saying he wanted some of the software that was on the computer. As this software he wished to keep was not registered to bf, that would also be breaking the law, wouldn't it? BTW, how does someone on a fixed income have PhotoShop, Illustrator and Corel Draw? That is well over $2,000 of software not to mention the other shortcuts to programs he shows on his desktop images. Not that I want the "computer police" to look into this, but he is in obvious violation of some laws concerning software piracy. If nothing else, it would be another charge they could tack onto his existing charges.

Believe it or not, I do have a friend who is a Buddhist monk, and I did ask him that very question a couple weeks ago. You have to realize in Buddhism all things are interconnected. It's one of the main tenants of Buddhism. So whether we like it or not, we are connected to fRawley. It's the circle of life. I'll have to get the E-mail tomorrow and post it, if you are interested.
