There are a few reasons to be outraged from this story.
Pataki did not identify the man, but sources confirmed that a panel of psychiatrists at Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center on Wards Island reviewed the case of Robert Warren, 42, after a mandatory 60-day holding period had elapsed and approved his release.
Warren was sentenced to four years in prison for sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl in St. Lawrence County, according to records.
It's not enough that he only got four years, but when the government tried to hold him longer, along with 26 more to come, a judge and a psychiatrist set him free.
Last week, a dozen sex criminals won their conditional release when Justice Jacqueline Silbermann in Manhattan said they were being held illegally.
And if that isn't enough, how about a little insult to injury courtesy of the AP. If you look at the wire story circulating around you'll notice that they didn't include the offender's name - Robert Warren, 42. I guess they didn't want to cause him any discomfort.
Do you really believe this child rapist has paid his debt to society?

Hell no! They need to stick them in a cell with people who hate child molesters like the case in Virginia. The cellmate of a child molester warned that he would kill him and DID! JUSTICE SERVED!
