No, I mean, really. Come on! No freaking way. This is unbelieveable!
And no way should the one adult male get off the hook on the sex act. No freaking way.

If that doesn't tell you how brainwashed our society is to follow "police" instructions, then I don't know what does. These people were brain dead...unfortunately the little girl as well. They didn't know this was on video? Also makes you wonder what the girl's mother taught her, if anything.
Hang 'em high is all I have to say.

I remember when this happened here at the Taco Bell. The info that it was a scam that had been ongoing for sometime was all over the news. It was amazing how many fast food employees had never been educated.
No question that Mr. Nix should be charged. The term "Stuck on Stupid" fits the asst manager well.

What gets me is this: The story would hold out that people, supervisors at a multi billion dollar corporation no less, actually NEED an employee handbook to tell them this is BS? They actually NEED an employee handbook to verify the identity of anyone claiming to be law enforcement, either in person - or especially over the phone. I mean, please...
.. as in PLEASE LET ME SEE THE CRANK-YANKERS REENACTMENT OF THIS ONE :-)
How about this: Raise the minimum IQ required to be a Sup. at a fast food joint, say from 3 (rock) to 4 (tree bark), and you cut this stuff out overnight.
I was incredulous when I read this, and thought these people were one in a million - that this was all rigged and they were in on it... then the story tells you how it has been going on for years all over.
Now you know why we're going down... Darwin has stalled.

PS - I agree 100% with TheAlamo. It is amazing how people turn to sheep when they hear the word POLICE.
The easiest way to commit a crime is to pretend to be police. The mob has known that for years.

This has got to be the most unbelievable thing I heard all my life!

I guess it shows they target dumb Kentucky people....people in NJ would NEVER fall for a ruse like that! What a bunch of HICKS

i cant believe that girl would be that stupid to fall for that...
Posted by: newsjunkiegirl | Friday, November 11, 2005 at 11:59 PM
Yeah. I think that she should be arrested too.
Being that stupid she really is a danger for society..LOL

She had someone standing over her dressed as a cop, even if she knew he wasn't a cop and she was being abused, he was probably packing a gun. How was she to know when she was down on her knees being treated like a dog that he wouldn't have shot her?
Nobody can judge what would have been going through her head during those truamatic hours.
I doubt she was 'stupid', she was more likely f*cking scared.
The guy deserves to have his balls cut off, stuffed inside a Big Mac and then be forced to eat them.

Correction - 'even if she THOUGHT that he wasn't a cop and knew that she was being abused...'
As it turned out, he was a cop.
Which makes it all the more sicker.

The ignorance of our people astounds me at times.

Three hours? And the fiancee? I'm sorry but no real police man in the world is going to be on the phone requiring him to "spank" someone, let alone require them to demand oral sex. And why is it that it isn't until after the last man comes in and refuses to do what he is asked that this begins to seem strange to the manager? All three should be hung.

"Correction - 'even if she THOUGHT that he wasn't a cop and knew that she was being abused...'
As it turned out, he was a cop"
error - what the hell are you talking about. No one in that room was a cop or dressed as a cop. Only the idiot on the phone was claiming to be a cop. I agree though the girl does not seem stupid. To me, if you saw the report on Primetime or 20/20 or whatever, the assistant manager was the real idiot. I mean she is a special kind of stupid. To put that girl through that was in excusable, but I don't think they can arrest her for being perhaps the stupidest person I've ever heard about.

even if there was a cop, you still have to be stupid to think that was okay...there is dirty cops...but regardless there was no cop there...
