Natalee Holloway: A Message From Joe

Wondering if this is real, or even real legal, if so?

Beth Holloway Twitty stayed with me and my family last week in Philadelphia. I watched this mother cry. My family and I cried with her. Her tears are tears of pain, sorrow, loss. My mother's tears are of sympathy. Mine, however ARE NOT – mine are of pure anger.

Even if, by some miracle, Natalee walks through the door tomorrow, I want the cowardly PUNKS who hurt her to know that THEY STILL HAVE ME TO CONTEND WITH – and I am a problem that NOBODY wants. Yes, I've been on both sides of the law. I was young once. Things happen. That's life. It's not how you start the race; it's how you finish it.

Several of my associates are in Aruba as we speak. Within the next five days, several more will join them. The ability to easily enter this third world cesspool continues to astonish all of us. It's more difficult to enter the New York City subway system than it is to enter Aruba – security there should be at an all-time high, not NON-EXISTENT. I want Americans to know that they are vulnerable to our enemies from all over the world while in Aruba, as vulnerable as if they were wearing a white shirt with a red Bull's eye on the back.

I have spoken to Philadelphia City Council and many high-ranking elected officials and asked when a Resolution will be passed calling for a BOYCOTT of Aruba as a tourist destination. As a result, pressure will be put on the cruise ships to use other ports, and THEN we will have the UNDIVIDED ATTENTION of Aruba and its government.

Speaking of the people of Aruba, I am not after them – I feel bad that they are going to suffer due to a lethargic and lackadaisical response from their government. I suggest that the people of Aruba apply pressure from within to get some answers in the Holloway case, and do it quickly.

I have vowed on World television, to Beth Twitty, to myself, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, to my own mother, that I WILL NOT GIVE UP until this case is resolved to MY satisfaction. Screw closure. Screw justice. I believe in REVENGE.

These three pieces of TRASH have a Sicilian on their tail who has arms and eyes that can reach and see AROUND THE WORLD. They can run, but they can't hide. I want them and the Aruban government to look at me and know that they are out of their league.

How can you ask for proof against a man who is threatening physical harm to 3 people for committing a crime that there is no proof that they did it. For that matter, there is no proof of what the crime was or even if a crime was ever committed?

It now seems like the majority of people are against Beth. It also seems like the majority are sticking up for the three boys who lied from the start and tried to pin this crime on two black guys. It blows my mind that people would be sticking up for three boys that have lied to the investagators over and over. If anyone should be to blame in this case it should be against the aruban government for not taking the boys in from day one and then letting any evidence that may have been there slip away while the three were out free for eight days while the two innocent black guys were behind bars. All judges are appointed by the Queen of the Netherlands. Not through elections or political appointments.

Government/executive branch does not have the power to take any prosecutorial desicions.
This is done by the court.

Prosecutor job:
* Limited & specific powers:
*Denominated as chief of investigation by law. Rarely directly involved in the investigation, usually provides general instructions and police in charge of investigative activities.
* Prosecutorial decisions. Monopoly on which cases go to court. If prosecutor chooses to dismiss a case, that decision can be appealed to the Appellate Court, in which case an order to prosecute could follow. *. Prosecuting attorney at trial
* Execution of any sentence imposed

I think the Royal Netherlands Embassy has a obligation to get to the State Department and put a cap on this as it could cause a real crisis. The Netherlands is a member of NATO and the EU and we do not need this fool starting an international uproar.The Dutch foreign ministry will look with a very low view on crime in Aruba and the Netherlands which springs from the United States. The Arubian Government consists of the executive (including the police) and legislative branch (parliament). Holland is responsible over the judicial branch. Mistakes can be done but I love and I’m proud over the Dutch and their judicial system. It’s 100% better compare to the many corrupted countries in the Western Hemisphere.… believe me…
