Apparently authorities suspect the pair may be on their way to Mifflin County, PA. Link to missing poster here. It's being reported that Kara's parents may have called the boy and asked him to come to the home to discuss the relationship.
Apparently suspect David Ludwig worked at an area recreation center and has been described as a good kid.
Kara was last seen at home around 8am on November 13, 2005. She may be in the company of an adult male. They are traveling in a red 1998 Volkswagen Jetta 4 door sedan Pennsylvania plates #EHH0994. They may be headed to Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.
