They'd better.
WASHINGTON (AP) - Charging that the Supreme Court undermined one of the pillars of American society, the House took up legislation Thursday to block court-sanctioned seizings of people's homes for use by private developers.

The fact that the Supreme Court was attempting to MAKE law and not follow the constitution was very upsetting. I certainly hope the Senate follows. However, it should never have had to come to this.

Now that is justice.
Scotus should leave these little minor cases to our elected reps. and concentrate on the really important cases like, umm , Anna Nicole Smith!

Keep the heat on. The only reason congress responded is the amount of pressure put on them from their constituents. Don't stop until this abomination is completely destroyed.
Personally, those "justices" trying to act as legislative dictators should now be held up for impeachment. With a mindset totally anti-thetic to Americanism, they have no business sitting on the bench. They should be in Russia where they belong.
Next, put the heat on them about "political speech," because once we are silenced from commenting on their high crimes, then how will they be stopped from crimes such as these? Think about it. The only possible reason they do not want people to criticize political things is if they have something to hide. The free exchange of ideas is what a free society is based upon, and any limitation of constructive criticism, is proof that those who wish not to be "inspected" or "criticized," do so because they are, in fact, criminals--else what do they have to hide?
That's what they told us about the "patriot" acts isn't it? Why not let us look totally into your private affaris if you have nothing to hide? (i.e.--guilty until proven innocent)
Well...eat your own words political dipsticks, (masquerading as "representatives,") cause if you have nothing to hide, then our talking about it can do you no harm...

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF "E.D."
If you mention the subject of "E.D." to a man, he will either get upset or get embarrassed. Why? Because there are actually two types of E.D., and neither one is good.
One involves the use of the law to take private property for the so-called “greater good” – it’s called “eminent domain.” The other is a medical condition – erectile dysfunction – that no man on the planet wants to experience.
Believe it or not, the property-stealing E.D. has a lot in common with the medical condition E.D: In one case, someone’s getting screwed. In the other, he's not.
