Apparently many of the so-called blogging elite aren't much interested in what many lay-people think. That alone ticks me off in such a new and democratic medium. But at least the administration has the sense to reach out to other bloggers to get their message across in a conference call.
Even if only for balance against a relatively few pedantic bloggers and the MSM, I'd ask you to look into it and see what you think before making up your own mind. Which, for me, is a much better thing than letting the usual suspects tell you what to think. Start with Don Surber - a journalist and down to earth blogger who was on the conference call.
Update: And from a female perspective - as if that has anything to do with it, I just needed a lead in for the update - The Anchoress was on the call, as well.
