The investigation into the slaying of Lafayette resident Pamela Vitale took a startling turn Thursday when police arrested the mother of the 16-year-old neighbor charged in the killing and booked her on suspicion of being an accessory to murder.
Esther Marion Fielding, 53, of Lafayette was arrested on the same day her son, Scott Edgar Dyleski, was arraigned on a single count of murder in adult court in Martinez. Fielding was booked into Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez, where she was held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
I heard on Abrams last night, that Gloria Allred is representing Scotts girlfriend. Why would this girlfriend need a victim rights attorney? And why did Gloria Allred leave her calling card on the girls door? Is it because Gloria needs to be involved in another high profile case?? Her eagerness to get on TV again? I would think that Horowitz would go on TV, asking this question TO Gloria, why is it that you need to get involved here, to align yourself with someone that might have information regarding the murder of MY wife? Is this personal, because I happen to be a friend of Mark Geragos, someone you have a personal hate towards? Why does this young woman need a victim rights attorney? Where is her rights being victimized? Mrs Horowitz IS the victim here...not this girlfriend!

Yeah! and did you just see that GLORIA ALL THE TIME ALREAD is now representing the GIRLFRIEND of Scott........the girlfriend may be a witness.....but Alred would not say witness for WHO????

The article mentions a glove,I wonder why he had a glove? Maybe he planned to break in? or maybe the murder was premed.I bet they get murder 1. sick little turd.

Someone (one of the many) who used to live in the same house with Scott reported days ago on a show (?) I was watching that he always wore gloves. It was part of his GOTH wardrobe. I'm amazed this important piece of info hasn't been picked up on by almost everyone else reporting on this case.

Well of course she will be a a "witness for the prosecution"...(of course that title was already taken by Amber). This girl, when Gloria Allred gets done painting her as another "saint", probably is working already with Judy Regan to get her signed to a book/movie deal. After all, Gloria Allred now can hook her wagon to yet another "female victim" to get her mug/ego back on TV....and in the process make some more bucks off another high profile case, and yet make even more "blood money" off a tragedy that befalls another family!
