Vitale Murder Suspect Scott Dyleski's Girlfriend Mentioned

Authorities are interested in searching the home of first degree murder suspect Dyleski's girlfriend for a possible weapon. It's reported that the teen sought out sex later in the evening of Pamela Vitale's murder.

On the night of Oct. 15, Scott Dyleski was at a friend's house with his girlfriend, according to an affidavit filed in support of a warrant to search the girlfriend's Walnut Creek house.

After about an hour, the couple left for the girlfriend's house "in order to have sex," the affidavit said. Before he left, Dyleski called his mother, who told him to spend the night in Walnut Creek because the road was blocked because of "police activity within the area."

Investigators on Tuesday sought permission to search the Walnut Creek home of Dyleski's girlfriend. A Contra Costa County Sheriff's detective said in his affidavit he was looking for a murder weapon "that could cause blunt force trauma," blood samples, hair fibers, a stabbing instrument, among other evidence.

Gloria Allred imo is the worst kind of bottom feeder. She has developed a keen sense of smell to sniff out the situations where their is a book deal, movie rights etc down the road. Mark my words this girl will be out with a book on what it was like to be the girlfriend of the latest famous goth rage killer. She will explain why she thinks her boyfriend carved a cross etc etc. Gloria will get a percentage like she did with Amber Frey. Allred was already out on T.V. on behalf of the girlfriend in violation of the gag order on the case. Apparantly Allred felt the gag order didn't apply to her. She was admonished by the judge on the case in a letter that told her to shut her yap.

this freak should be charged as an adult. i mean he killed someone! is that all you need to know? and i was kinda freaked out to hear that he had a "girlfriend". this is a load of crap. obviously, im hearing that the trial will be in a few more weeks and somewhere else that the trial will be in another few months. so im hearing all different stories and also about if it was planned or not. im hearing that it was planned and on another news channel that it wasnt, so i dont know what the hell is going on.
i still remembering hearing it on the news the night it happenned and i was all freaked out. i couldnt sleep that night! whileit happenned, i was at a party hangin' out with friends while it was actually happenning! all i know is that this ugly faget NEEDS to be charged as an adult and that is all you will hear from me!!!

I agree with you cindy way, cause I think he's friggin HOT. I was kinda upset when I found out he had a girlfriend, but who says she's his girlfriend ANYMORE? Anyways, I don't see the big deal with all this about the murder (our world IS facing over-population, isn't it?) I know it is wrong to kill someone, but, honestly, why such a big fuss? He's young and young people do stupid things, end of story.
