Taylor Behl: Update

I've heard that Channel 7 in Virginia has reported that the farm was found by showing a picture found at Ben Fawley's to another individual. That isn't independently confirmed,yet. And someone seems a bit concerned.

1. did not receive tip, two VCU detectives found site.
2. had been checking locations, where pictures had been taken.
3. body was off a dirt road in the woods - not next to any building.

7:45 Update: Latest - Police confirm unidentified human remains - searching large crime scene. Given the "large crime scene," I'm wondering if this was ever a known out of the way party location of some kind.

I hope the police look into satellite photos of the area on the date of and the day after Taylor's disappearance to see if any car seen on the property might be identified.

They are going to check dental records to make an accurate identification of the body.NO sex was given when asked if male or female. Scary, and wonder who else could be buried there possibly ??? One never knows given the "weird" personality of the person she was involved with.My question is: Did Ben Fawley possibly hurt her IF she decided it was not a feasible relationship for her ? IF she saw the light about him after a while as he was 38 and she was 17 !! Taylor DID have a Father, she certainly did NOT need 2 of them !!!17 year olds away from home on their own for the 1st time, with no one to answer to, could very easily make some poor choices, and then later realize it. It goes along with maturity.I know I raised 4 sons, and they have made some regretable mistakes in their lives at that age and 18 and and 19 and 20, and 1 still has bad decision making !!!!

Does Virginia have the death penalty? Not to sound hawkish, but if there's DNA evidence linking someone to this possible homicide, I wouldn't mind seeing them hang from a tree.
This family-and Taylor-deserved so much more. I am so sad tonight, and yet I hope and prey this will offer peace. At least (we think) they've found her.

My theory as of 5:35 PM 10/6..

Maybe Ben AND the ex-girlfriend had something to do with it and he MADE up that crazy story so that he can be on the record early by saying that his part in it was influenced by alcohol and anti-psychotic or anti-depressant drugs (whatever he was on for bi-polar disorder). This way he can say he wasn't in the right frame of mind and had no control of himself due to the influence of the alcohol mixing with the medication he was on. Now he can plead not guilty by reason of insanity due to prescription drugs and alcohol. That will be his defense if she is indeed part of it. I will bet that he is going to try to pin it on her IF he is charged.
