And in an incredible twist of fate:
In court on Thursday, McKenna is expected to ask a judge to remove him as Dyleski's lawyer. He said Dyleski's father doesn't want him on the case. McKenna defended the driver of a car that killed Scott Dyleski's half-sister and another passenger in 2002.
It's also likely that a gag order will be put into place.

Does not suprise me. McKenna should not have agreed to take this case in the first place, knowing he defended the driver that killed someone related to Scott. Conflict of interest.

Commentators on Nancy Grace's program this week talked about how it didn't make sense that the suspect would spend so much time showering after the murder. Yes, it doesn't make sense FOR THE SUSPECT IN CUSTODY, but not if the murderer were comfortable at that residence because HE LIVED THERE. Another thing that doesn't make sense is the alleged goth symbol carved in the victim's back,as if leaving a calling card: "Hi, your neighborhood goth just stopped by." These and other details don't make sense for anyone but DH. Were DH and PV getting along? Were they having money problems? (One neighbor said she had loaned PV $300,000.) If the answer is yes, then DH has more of a motive to kill his wife than a kid who might have stolen a credit card.

SANDMADD---
i totally agreed with you here in everything because it was a cross of lorraine symbol carved into her back which is an ANTI-SEMITIC symbol--NOT a goth symbol. But if scott IS innocent, why did he not enter any plea in this case at all? why not enter the plea "Not guilty" off the bat?? I just don't know anymore. i was convinced DH did it, but scott is looking kind of guilty now, as well as his mother. they're remaining too quiet. no matter what you look like, if you know you didn't do it, just say "no way man! i did not do this, okay???". but he entered no plea at all. that's really weird. i just have no clue. i'm actually very interested in this case being figured out as sick as that is since a woman is dead and all.

Hmm... I'm actually really I have come across this blog.
I am a really good friend of Scott's and it's nice to see this. I like looking at all the different points of views from people. I'm careful about what I post on here, because I know a lot of what is going on and stuff, names and all that jazz... My mother got a chance to go into the courtroom to watch his hearing...
I personally think he is guilty... despite my love for Scott.
