Hell, I might as well, I have all of those millions of dollars waitng for me there ... I think. : )
And if you haven't gotten spammed with all too many of the emails I'm referencing - you ain't yet been around the Internet block, kid. The lo-down on the scam is actually a fairly interesting read. Even if it will tick you off, especially if you're white.

I guess there are people who fall for that crap. Interestingly he is right about the concept of Americans by most foreigners, probably everywhere, with the possible exception of western Europe.
My wife is from Peru, and they think I am rich. Totally, totally wrong. They have the concept that we wake up and there is money growing in the bank...seriously, they do!
It took her about 5 years to convince them that we were not rich and could not just send money whenever. Her parents are educated...teachers.

Received my share of Nigeria email scams, many of the emails were coming from a Canadian server, funds drawn from the World Bank. Did alittle searching, found that the RCMP is interested in these emails:

also turned the same over to FTC

!...for Canada, Forward Nigerian/West-African letters to: wafl@phonebusters.com
Forward spam you get in the U.S. to the Federal Trade Commission: uce@ftc.gov
Excluding these "Nigeria" emails, if all possible, I also try to trace the ISP responsible routing the email through the headers in a email and FWD a copy to their Abuse@( )department.
Really don't get as much spam these days that technology is advanced, also due to anti-spam laws
