Back when I was coaching junior league football one of the father's was with the State Police. I'll never forget the reaction at the table during the end of the season banquet when he suggested that the state issue licenses to be able to raise a child. Just a tad extreme, I think. Not to mention unworkable.
But thus idea of Betsy's isn't so bad.


makes sense why a Law Enforcement official would make such a comment, extreme example, Tragedy at Columbine High school, some Breaches of Conduct policies in schools today, virtually takes away parents rights, in some cases, the students rights. Parents should read their childs Student Handbook.
re: Besty Hart's new Book: "It takes a parent", haven't read the book, based on interview, Hart's realistic ideas, "sow and you will reap", survival after the nest is where this gets you;)
