Taylor Behl Suspect Arrested On Child Porn Charges

I've received word that NBC local news in Virginia is breaking the story that 38 year old Ben Fawley has been arrested on charges related to illegal pornography  - I can only assume this is related to a previously executed search warrant issued for suspicion of involvement with child pornography.

NBC local TV is said to be announcing more informaiton at 4:30 PM EST.

Correction 5 PM EST and the charges are for child pornography.

I think this Ben guy did it. His story is too off the wall and on the same night she disappears. Glad the police got him. He will crack soon and Start spilling his story.

Outstanding observation TANYA! I was thinking the exact same thing. The good news: maybe someone is holding Taylor as hostage, for reward or a drug deal gone bad?

It's looking bad for the photographer.....I kept thinking he was too emotionaly unstable to have done something like that.....but the story he's told- if not true- shows a very clever person behind the illness (clever not in a good way)...and the story of the night she disappeared is diffrent than the one we kept hearing originally.....or am I misunderstanding this?.....does that mean that the roommate didn't give the right info?

That is one pretty young girl. That guy would have to be stupid to do anything to mess that up. I mean he was getting it every time he turned around. Why would anyone screw that up? I said the same thing as Mark. Ben was living a perverts dream,I am going with the theory that he killed in his manic rage, he is abusive, or somehow the sex turned deadly. Anyone could find Taylor.
