Channel WDBJ7 is reporting that the warrant used to search the premises of Ben Fawley aka Skulz was issued on suspicion of possession of child pornography. It's unclear what may have led to the warrant being issued as such, though as pointed out in previous articles, Fawley did have several images of under aged girls on his website which fell short of being pornographic.
According to a search warrant obtained by News 7, police seized seven computers, along with several boxes of CD's and some hard drives from Fawley's home. The warrant was filed on a suspicion that Frawley (sic) possessed child pornography.

My first reaction to this report is, if only they could have done this for Natalee... Well, at least it looks as though they are going after Taylors' case full steam ahead...

Hope they got what they needed or wanted before he destroyed them or disposed of them. Hope they find out what happened . This case is also disturbing. :O(

usmcmom--I thought the same thing. Did you hear Taylors dad on the news tonight? He met this guy and kind of accepted him as a friend for his daughter? I just cant see that.

The more I dig into this case the deeper it goes…Dan I can’t thank you enough for picking it up and giving it the attention it deserves. At any rate you’re getting some really good press out there.
Websleuths.com really got into it and still are diligently pushing; yet the more and more they pursue matters the more and more your site gets mentioned. Same is true over at Huff’s site. Steve is doing a great job. I really need to get an email to him.
Thanks again Dan, and as always please keep up the great work. Oh yes almost forgot, there are a lot of similarities between Taylor’s case and Natalee’s. As much as I pray I don’t want to see this one end tragically.

After seeing some of his pictures online, it does not surprise me. Let's just pray for her safe return.

The fact that it was his daughter is just as disgusting: that he'd hawk his daughter, listing personal information for all to see, putting her at risk just in the obscure hope she'd get booked for a TV ad.
I have to wonder if the mother knows her daughter's photo is out there for every unsavory sort to slobber over.

I don't get it either. All I can say is that thru RWV, I am really understanding that there is a a definite difference in how parents deal with their kids at this stage of life, early college years. I'm just thankful that mine still come to me and their dad for parental "advise and consent" when their red-flag antenna starts going off. A 38-year old guy, yea that would have been a huge red-flag.

That is the most painful part of parenthood: letting go, letting your child make her own decisions. It must be the most difficult part: knowing when to step back and hope you taught them well, when to step in and interfere.
And you do have to step back. If you micromanage your kid's life, she'll learn nothing, be unable to take care of herself, expect to be treated like a princess her whole life, and be unemployable.
