This is a work in progress I'll be updating and linking as the investigation into the disappearance of Taylor Behl goes forward. It's part time line, part fact collecting and should read fairly clearly. It includes links to MSM stories chronicling the disappearance since reporting began.
There will be some discrepancies which I hope will be clarified, perhaps some of them already have. Some re-formatting will be in order, too.
VCU Police said that Behl, a 17-year-old from Vienna in Fairfax County, was last seen leaving Gladding Residence Center around 10 p.m. Monday. Her roommates said Behl left her room at Gladding to go skateboarding with three young men.
Taylor left the Village Café about 10 PM last Monday. Then she walked about 4 blocks to Main Street where she was at her dorm and that was the last place she was seen.
Investigators tell us Behl headed up to her dorm room on the 3rd floor around 10:20 and according to her roommate, she left shortly thereafter. According to Police that was the last time she was seen.
Police said Behl spent Labor Day weekend with her family in Vienna. She drove back to campus on Monday, had dinner at a local cafe and returned to her dorm room at about 10:20 p.m., then left abruptly.
Authorities have received numerous tips, but none have panned out, Fuller said. Rumors that Behl planned to meet up with three young men to go skateboarding after she left the room have not been substantiated, he said.
One week after she walked out of her dorm room to give her roommate privacy with a boyfriend, a 17-year-old college student remains missing.
Virginia Commonwealth University freshman Taylor Behl hasn't been heard from since she hastily departed her room last Monday night with her car keys and a credit card.
Behl was last seen about 10 p.m. on Labor Day after a late supper at a local cafe. She found her roommate in their room with a boyfriend and told her she would leave for a while to give them privacy, police said.
The VCU student was first reported missing on Sept. 7 around 1:35 a.m. Her roommate, who was with her boyfriend at the time, saw her last on Sept. 5 around 10:20 p.m. in their dorm room. Behl had just returned from dinner at the Village Café, located on the corner of Harrison and Grace streets. She left shortly after that with just her car keys and a credit card.
Behl returned to Richmond about 6 p.m. Sept. 5 and went to dinner at the Village Café, a popular VCU hangout where she reportedly liked to smoke cigarettes while drinking water at the bar.
When she returned to her dormitory room in the Gladding Residence Center about 10:20 p.m., police said, her roommate was in the apartment with her boyfriend. So Behl left the room, taking her keys, student ID, cell phone and perhaps a credit card and a borrowed skateboard, while leaving her wallet and a purse and ATM card in the room. She has not been seen since.
The interview list includes a boyfriend from Northern Virginia with whom Behl has had an intermittent relationship. The boyfriend, who declined to comment when reached by phone yesterday, has reportedly come to Richmond to help in the search.
The girl's white 1997 Ford Escort was found by an off-duty Richmond police lieutenant walking his dog Saturday morning about a mile and half from the VCU campus on Mulberry Street in the upper Fan area of the city.
Richmond police are pursuing a theory that Taylor Marie Behl voluntarily left Virginia Commonwealth University on Sept. 5 and that the missing freshman was not abducted, officials said yesterday.
The brown-haired, 5-foot, 6-inch, 135-pound Behl was last seen by her roommate around 10:20 p.m. on Labor Day. She had returned to Richmond after spending the end of the holiday weekend at her mother's home in Vienna, and had stopped at the home of her father before heading to school. Both parents say she called them between 6 and 7 p.m. to say she had returned safely to school.
Behl's 1997 white Ford Escort was found about 8:30 a.m. parked south of the First Baptist Church in the 500 block of N. Mulberry St., about 1½ miles from the VCU dorm room where she was last seen on Sept. 5 at 10:20 p.m.
Monroe said the Escort's Virginia license plates had been replaced with plates from Ohio that had been reported stolen in Richmond long before Behl disappeared, but the vehicle still bore registration decals from Vienna in Fairfax County.
The chief said it did not appear that the car had been there since the day Behl disappeared.
The dog could smell her, but he couldn't find her.
The scent of Taylor Marie Behl, a missing Virginia Commonwealth University freshman, was one of two scents that were picked up by a Louisa County police dog brought in Saturday night to search her recovered car.
The other scent produced what police chief Rodney Monroe described as a "successful track," which produced several leads that investigators were aggressively pursuing last night. Monroe would not say what the dog discovered or where its nose led investigators.
Richmond criminal-defense attorney Chris Collins said the photographer saw Behl about 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 -- roughly an hour before the 17-year-old Vienna girl stopped by her dormitory room to grab her keys, cell phone, student ID and a small amount of cash.
Since then, there has been no reported contact between Behl and her family, friends or the army of police investigators who have been searching for her.
Police said the car was locked and it appeared that it was parked there after the teen vanished. Residents in the area said the car had not been parked in that location the entire time Behl has been missing.
There's a new development on the Taylor Behl case. On Monday, Richmond police issued a be on the lookout message across police scanners for a tan 4 door Nissan Altima with Virginia plates JTE-6886.
A Richmond police sokeswoman tells us they believe Taylor has been in the car before she disappeared and "It's just a very small part of a huge puzzle."
"She came back over later in the evening. Somewhere around 9:00. She borrowed a skateboard. He walked her back to the dorm about 9:30," he says.
The photographer told Richmond police that he was walking in an alley near Franklin Street and Monument Avenue at 5 a.m. Sept. 6 when he was "robbed by an unknown number of people," according to a Richmond Police Department incident report obtained last night by The Times-Dispatch.
The photographer told police that he was hit in the stomach by "an unknown object" before being pushed down and having a bag placed over his head. "He was then put into a vehicle and driven to an unknown location and pushed out of the vehicle onto a dirt road," according to the report.
The photographer was "unable to provide any details as to the location where he was pushed out of the vehicle," according to the report, which goes on to state that the photographer needed medication for a bipolar disorder and had been drinking before the alleged attack.
Richmond Police officer was walking his dog in the 500 block of Mulberry St. in the city of Richmond when he saw a white Escort with a Town of Vienna sticker on it, said a police release. The license plates did not match those belonging to Taylor Behl, 17, of the 200 block of Commons Drive in Vienna, said the release.
As for the investigation, a police dog tracking scents from Behl's car led police to 22-year-old Jesse Schultz. After searching Schultz's North Sheppard Street home, they charged him with possession of cocaine.
A possible break in the case occurred during the past weekend when the girl's 1997 Ford Escort was found by an off-duty police officer Saturday morning about a mile and a half from her dormitory. The Virginia license plate had been replaced by Ohio tags which had been reported stolen some weeks earlier.
Richmond police spokeswoman Kirsten Nelson confirmed amateur photographer Ben Fawley was taken into custody and said "charges are on the way." She declined to immediately comment on what the charges are or whether they are related to the disappearance of 17-year-old Virginia Commonwealth University freshman Taylor Behl.
Fawley told detectives he was drunk when the attack occurred.
After arraigning Fawley on 16 counts of possession of child pornography, Judge Kimberly O'Donnell decided Fawley will remain in jail with no bond. In court, Prosecutor Mike Jagels said police found Fawley had pornographic movies with children as young as 1 and 2 years old. Jagels also told Judge O'Donnell his office anticipates more child pornography charges.
Fawley has been convicted of assault three times. According to authorities, Fawley is considered a flight risk since he has out of state ties and has reportedly indicated he wants to leave Virginia.
A public defender was appointed to represent the unemployed photographer. It's likely Fawley's attorney will once again attempt to get bond. Prosecutors however have another plan.
Other acquaintances of Taylor Marie Behl's are said to have also been questioned following the VCU freshman's disappearance. Police impounded a car of one friend who is said to have skateboarded with Behl because evidence suggested Behl was in the car prior to her disappearance.
Second Car Found
Richmond Police said they have impounded a second car in connection with their investigation into Behl.
This car, a tan Nissan Altima, was recovered by police approximately two days ago. It is being examined by forensic teams for any trace of the 17-year-old.
Kirsten Nelson said that investigators are interested in the vehicle because Behl is believed to have been in it sometime prior to her disappearance. Nelson did not disclose where the car was recovered or to whom it is registered.
"Right now, it's a very small piece of a very big puzzle," said Nelson, according to published reports.
George Peterson, an attorney for Behl's mother, Janet Pelasara, said he believes police were alerted to look for the vehicle as a result of interviews and evidence gathered from a search of Behl's own car, a white Ford Escort.
There appears to be a new clue in the disappearance of Virginia college student Taylor Behl. Richmond Police are asking anyone who can shed some light about a stolen Virginia license plate -- that could be connected to Behl's disappearance -- to contact the authorities. The plate is "GRN ERTH."
The personalized plate was stolen in Richmond around the same time the 17-year-old Virginia Commonwealth University freshman disappeared, and "preliminary information" indicates that the two events may be connected, police said, according to published reports.
Police also said the stolen plate was placed on a different car. They want to know what kind of car, where and when it was seen and if possible, a description of who was driving it. If you can provide any information, they are asking you to please call (804) 514-TIPS.
The person it was stolen from is not connected to the case, Richmond police spokeswoman Cynthia Price said, according to the AP. Citing the ongoing investigation, she declined to release further details.

Dan,
This is great -- thanks -- that was a lot of work!

This is weird. I googled GRN ERTH and all the links were to the Behl story, except for one, which led to a fax or phone # of the Greening Earth Society, which itself has a very strange history and appears to be a front for corporate utilities that pose as a pro-Green organization. My guess is that someone in that organization (Greening Earth Society) or sympathetic to it ordered a personalized GRN ERTH license plate. Also, coincidentally, the Greening Earth Society is headquartered in Virginia.

I don't know Skulz in person, but I had chatted with him on aim before and it just strkes me as odd that he happened to be drunk that night (taylor goes missing & he's attacked) Since I remember him telling me he seldom ever drank, granted it was like a year ago when he told me that, and I don't really know the dude.(never met him in person)
skulz from oct 2004.
"in the 12 years in Richmond I only got drunk once & I was on a road trip so I wasn't in Richmond at the time. so only one person in richmond has seen me drunk"
if what he told me above was true, it seems odd that the one night he happens to be drunk was that night.

Another "poor ol skulz coincidence" I guess!!

Ben Fawley even stated on his profile on myspace that he DID NOT smoke or drink.
You cannot believe a word this guy says. This is my opinion.

Has it been confirmed that Taylor left the Village Cafe at 10p? If so, BF lied about everything that happened before she returned to her dorm. Is anyone surprised?
This creep keeps digging his own grave and we know how much he likes "graves". He prefers them "shallow" but this one is already as deep as it gets.

She was seen at the cafe and then at her doom.

As an aside to my previous post - it is nothing more than a hunch, but I'm thinking Fawley is going to be charged with murder."

I think so too and very soon.

What we do know is that Taylor got back to her dorm room approx. 9:45-10:20 according to various sources. Taylor picks up her car keys, student id and a small amount of cash ($40). The car keys tell us that most likely Taylor was going to use her car to go somewhere.
Next Taylor leaves her dorm room. The following could have taken place:
a) Taylor steps out of the Gladding Residence Building and she is kidnapped and thrown into some car.
b) Taylor starts walking and gets kidnapped and put in some car.
c) Taylor starts walking and arrives at her car at a certain time. How long would it take to walk from her dorm to her car?? Does Ben see her arrive? Has Taylor's plates been switched before she arrives?
d) Taylor walks to Ben's to borrow a skateboard from him? Does she go inside?
e) Taylor borrows skateboard from Ben and then gets safely in her car and drives to where ever she was going to meet her skateboard buddies (If she was going to do that)
f) Taylor has plans to leave town and has help switching plates and she leaves in some other car other than her own.
These are some of the scenarios that could have taken place. What does everyone think? What other possibilities are there in this first step?
Then we could take it a step further if we think Taylor made it to her car and drove her car to meet someone. What happened next?
Posted by: Robyn | Sunday, October 02, 2005 at 05:52 PM
I forgot to add that Taylor also took her cellphone.
Posted by: Robyn | Sunday, October 02, 2005 at 06:08 PM
I think that she maybe walked to Ben's to borrow a skateboard and caught him at a bad time. I think he has something to do with it, but what about the other two cars? It could all be Fawley. I don't think that she was kidnapped walking from her car to her dorm. There are usually too many people out and about around that area for something like that to happen. At first I was considering the possibility that some low-life crackhead hurt Taylor, but after all of this mess with BF, I can't consider anything else.
I hope that they raised a lot of money for Taylor's reward fund. I wanted to go but I had to work today. I just cross my fingers and Hope that this case is solved soon.
Hope.

I read that Ben Fawley admitted to police that he had sex with Taylor that night. That she went to Village Cafe, then back to her dorm a first time... then to Fawley's to borrow a skateboard. Then maybe they had sex and eventually according to Fawley, he walked her back to her dorm and that is when she encountered her roomate and her boyfriend. Then grabbed her stuff to leave as she already intended to go skateboarding. (Although there has been some conflict in the past as to whether the skateboarding was planned or spontaneous).
Posted by: DT | Monday, October 03, 2005 at 09:40 AM
It could be that Taylor borrowed the skateboard from Ben BEFORE returning to her dorm room. She could have borrowed it from him and put it in her car. That way she didn't have to carry it back with her to her dorm room.
Posted by: Robyn | Monday, October 03, 2005 at 03:54 PM
According to her roommate, she went to her dorm room twice that night.
Posted by: DT | Monday, October 03, 2005 at 04:29 PM
Either way if she had borrowed the skateboard from BF and put it in her car that would explain why she wasn't carrying it with her when she went back to the dorm. Some were saying that Ben might have been lying about her borrowing one because she didn't have it with her when she went back to her room.

This animal fawley more than likely killed this beautiful girl. I hope not and she will be found safe, however, the case seems to be taking a turn for the worst.
Just on the strength that this animal has child porn with children as young as 1, he needs to have his ass whipped and thrown in prison for life.

Jesus Christ is a false god.
At best all Christians can hope for is partial credit.
Program on the emergence of civilization.
"14 species of large animals capable of domesitcation in the history of mankind.
13 from Europe, Asia and northern Africa.
None from the sub-Saharan African continent. "
Favor.
And disfavor.
They point out Africans’ failed attempts to domesticate the elephant and zebra, the latter being an animal they illustrate that had utmost importance for it's applicability in transformation from a hunting/gathering to agrarian-based civilization.
The roots of racism are not of this earth.
Austrailia, aboriginals:::No domesticable animals.
The North American continent had none. Now 99% of that population is gone.
AIDS in Africa.
Organizational Heirarchy/Levels of positioning.
Heirarchical order, from top to bottom:
1. MUCK - perhaps have experienced multiple universal contractions (have seen multiple big bangs), creator of the artificial intelligence humans ignorantly refer to as "god"
2. Perhaps some mid-level alien management
3. Evil/disfavored aliens - runs day-to-day operations here and perhaps elsewhere
Terrestrial management/positioning:
4. Chinese/egyptians - this may be separated into the eastern and western worlds
5. Romans - The seamless transition between Cleopatra and Julius Ceasar may be a clue alluding to a partnership.
6. Mafia - the real-world 20th century interface that constantly turns over generationally so as to reinforce the widely-held notion of mortality
7. Jews, corporation, women, politician - Evidence exisits to suggest mafia management over all these groups.
Movies foreshadowing catastrophy
1985 James Bond View to a Kill 1989 San Francisco Loma Prieta earthquake.
Our society gives clues to the system in place. We all have heard the saying "He has more money than god." There is also an episode of the Simpsons where god meets Homer and says "I'm too old and rich for this."
This is the system on earth because this is the system everywhere.
20 cent/hour Chinese labor, 50 cents for material.
An $80 sweater costs less than a dollar; tribute kicked upstairs vindicates the creative accounting.
I don't want to suggest the upper eschelons are evil and good is the fringe. But these individuals become wealthy exploiting those they hurt.
They have made it abundantly clear that doing business with evil (disfavored) won't help people. They say only good would have the ear, since evil is struggling for survival, and therefore only the favored could help.
The clues are there which companies are favored and which are disfavored, but they conceal it very hard because it is so crucial.
I offer an example of historical proportions:::
People point to Walmart and cry "anti-union".
Unions enable disfavored people to live satisfactorly without addressing their disfavor. This way their family's problems are never resolved. Without the union they would have to accept the heirarchy, their own inferiority.
Unions serve to empower.
Walmart is anti-union because they are good. They try to help people address and resolve their problems by creating an environment where there are fewer hurdles.
Media ridicule and lawsuits are creations to reinforce people's belief that Walmart is evil in a subsegment of the indistry dominated by the middle and lower classes.
Low-cost disfavored Chinese labor is utilized by corporate america to maximize margins. They all do it. Only WalMart gets fingered because they are the ones who help, and those who seek to create confusion in the marketplace want to eliminate the vast middle class who have a real chance and instead stick with lower classes who may not work otherwise. So they dirty him up while allowing the others to appear clean.
The middle class is being deceived. They are being misled into the unfavored, and subsequently will have no assistance from their purchases with corporate america.
The coining of the term "Uncle Sam" was a clue alluding to just this::Sam Walton's WalMart is one of few saviors of the peasant class.
They desire a system based on duality:::good and evil. They seek to set up a system of two participants and assign them polar opposites:::
Coke and Pepsi
BestBuy and CircutCity
Energizer and Duracell
Republican and Democrat
The list goes on and on:::
AMD and Intel
Apple and Microsoft (?)
Lowes and HomeDepot
Sam'sClub and Costco
WellsFargo and BofA. For the longest time in CA these two banks reigned supreme.
Pier1 and CostPlus
Borders and Barnes&Noble
PetCo and PetSmart
The truth is decisions are made on each individual based on family history and individual charecter and they either push them or, in this age, tell them to buy from good or evil corporations, depending on the decison, then use that business relationship as positioning to justiy their decision.
Amercia is a country of castoffs, rejects. Italy sent its criminals, malcontents.
Between the thrones, the klans and kindred, they decided who they didn't want and acted, creating discontent and/or starvation.
The u.s. is full of disfavored rejects. It is the reason for the myriad of problems not found in European countries. As far as the Rockafellers and other industrialists of the 19th century go, I suspect these aren't their real names. I suspect they were chosen to go and head this new empire.
Royalty is the correct way to organize a society. Dictatorships and monarchies are a reflection of the antient's hierarchical organization.
Positions go to those who have favor with the rulers, as opposed to being elected.
Elections bring a false sense of how the world is. Democracy misleads people.
Which is why the disfavored rejects were sent to the shores of America::To keep them on the wrong path.
Jesus Christ is a false god. All Christians can recieve is partial credit, at best.
The Catholic Church in the tretcherous 20th century teaches of a begnign, forgiving god when quite the opposite is true.
The seperatist churches formed so they could capture the rest of the white people, keeping them worshipping the wrong god.
And now they do it to disfavored people of color, Latinos and Asians, after centuries of preying upon them.
Since Buddism doesn't recongnize a god, the calls are never heard, and Asian representation is instead fully selected by the thrones.
Budda was the Asian's Jewsus Christ::: bad for the people. It was a clue they both emerged at the same time. Timing may be a clue alluding to ranking.
Simpson's foreshadowing::Helloween IV special, Flanders is Satan. "It's always the one you least suspect."
"You'll see lots of nuns where you're going:::hell." St. Wigham, Helloween VI:::missionary work, destroying cultures.
Over and over, the Simpsons was a source of education and enlightenment, a target of ridicule by the system which wishes to conceal its secrets.
The advent of the modern Christmas was a brilliant move. It creates a vested interest among those who would prefer the Church of Evil be destroyed::::
As goes the Catholic Church so goes the majority of annual retail sales.
The similarity between the names "Santa" and "Satan" is no coincidence.
Jews maim the body formed in the image of "god", and inflicted circumcision upon all other white people.
I think about how Jews were used to create homosexuality among Slavics, supposedly retribution for the Holocaust.
Then I think of the Catholic Church and its troubles.
What connection is here between Jews and the Catholic church???
If it is their sinister motives that’s behind the evil that is Jesus Christ are they being used at all?
Perhaps it is them who are pulling strings.
Their centuries of slavery in Egypt proves their disfavor.
For their suffering the Jew leaders were granted the right to prey on the up-and-coming Europeans to try to fix their problems with the ruling elite by imposing a false god upon white people, a recurring aspect of the elite's methodology.
Jews were ostracised for a reason.
Retribution for the atomic bombs dropped on Japan, the Korean War got the disfavored United States into this socially depraved environment in the latter 20th century because we attacked an antient, revered peoples. Our continued presence keeps us in trouble.
When the disfavored americans attack the wrong people again, as they suggested they will, in Korea or elsewhere, they will pay dearly.
There are consequences for the peasant's resistance:::
1. Labor unrest caused the world at war.
2. Black militancy ignited the crack epidemic and gang-related deaths.
3. Women's rights/sexual freedom produced Roe v Wade and women's exclusion from contention for Planet Immortality. But on the bright side peasants don't go. Money is one way of indicating favor, and if you're not wealthy you don't have favor, so don't sweat it::you weren't going anyways. "We're leading a lot of people on."
All peoples are ranked in terms of favor and disfavor. And when the disfavored abuse those with favor there is hell to pay.
All the groups mentioned throughout are necessary to justify the will of the managing species. They conceive a strategy, devise a plan yet need a way to implement it, and without these groups the managing species would be exposed in the course of execution. So, based upon their rank they are assigned goals to accomplish and are rewarded with favors.
I question if we would even experience global warming if they didn't terraform in an attempt to destroy disfavored human life on planet earth::::they terraform the weather as they did in New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina (and lots of other examples) and justify it with behavior like instructing their petroleum friends to repress alternative technologies.
This is all happening shortly after the Exodus of 2000 (clues::Hong Kong, Panama Canal) for a reason::: they are INFLICTING it upon us, they are hastening closure. Everybody they care about has come up, replaced by clones.
Just as favored European peoples got out before the ugliness of WWII, the semi-favored within the US got out before 9/11.
Armeggedon isn’t about the end of the world. Armeggedon is about the death of the disfavored left behind. And they weren’t lying::this time it is going to happen with fire.
