THE DECISIONS
The prosecutor filed a motion to prolong the detention of J.v.d.S. with a period of 30 days. This motion was granted by the judge of instruction, but at the same time the judge of instruction has ordered the suspension of the detention of the suspect. This means that the suspect will be set free. There are conditions associated with this suspension that J.v.d.S. has to comply with. If he does not comply with the conditions set upon his suspension by the judge of instruction, the prosecutor can petition the judge of instruction to suspend the suspension of his detention.
In the case of the two brothers S.K. and D.K. the prosecutor filed to motion to prolong their detention with a period of 8 days. The judge of instruction has decided to prolong the detention of the brothers S.K. and D.K. with 8 days. At the same time, he has ordered the suspension of their detention. This means that they will be set free. In their case the judge of instruction has also set conditions S.K. and D.K. have to comply with. If they do not comply with these conditions set upon them by the judge of instruction, the prosecutor can petition the judge of instruction to suspend the suspension of their detention.
NEXT STEP
The prosecutor has appealed the decisions of the judge of instruction in which he suspends the detention of the three suspects S.K., D.K. and J.v.d.S.
Now it's up to the Court of Appeals to set a date for the hearings.

Look at how American media is presenting the news related to the Katrina tragedy. Bad news is up front: people are dying, people are drowning, but hardly no positive news.

Umm and what would be the positive news on a Kat 5 Killler hurricane?

Whether JVDS is guilty or innocent JVDS is not "free at last" and he will never be free.

Cristina and Jody,
You are both inconsiderite fools, and very obviously friends of pervo molester jurine and his seedy cowering kalpoe friends. you are the kind that will only learn some consideration for others when something like this happens you someone you love...
Not wasting any more words on people who are not worth it...
BOYCOTT ARUBA!!!
They think they can get away with this because of the horrible situation we have here . I guess they think that we are too busy to remember Natalee now. Well let me tell you, I and MANY other AMERICANS will NEVER forget Natalee and the injustice her and her family have encountered on that nasty happy island. I will never return nor will about 50 other people I have spoke with recently. I am sure there are many others who wll also boycott that horribly run island.
Who ever heard of a justice system that arrests suspects, then lets them go, then arrests them again. It is some kind of weird game, and I feel so bad for the Holloway family having to deal with this crap, along with dealing with their daughter most likely being murdered!
I hope jurine and the cowering kalpoes have good security over there. I would venture to say there are many that are keeping an eye on them. I hope they are not looking for their local police force to protect them. LOL what a joke. Oh, but I forgot, jurines sweaty dad is friends with all of them, so I am sure he will continue to get protection. Unbelievable!!

NEWS...The Natural Bridge in Aruba collapsed today...This was a big tourist sight, so now there's one more reason NOT to go to Aruba!!!!!
I believe Aruba's days of being a sought-after tourist spot are over.

Aruba...take note of this....Katrina will cause a tightening of the belt in spending in the USA. Between the "trickle down" effect of Katrina on dollars available for traveling pleasure, and the knowledge that Aruba's a corrupt and unsafe destination, I venture to guess that Arubans will be wishing more than ever that Natalee could be found; they'll be thinking more about putting Joran and his family and followers in their proper place, too!!!

Christina~
You are as vile as they come. I hope to God Joran and the Kalpoe's find you desirable when you meet up with them for a drink and roll of the dice.
Have you ever seen "Alien"? Rent it, YOU'RE in it!

YOU GO FUCK YOURSELF YOU FUCKIN AMERICANS!!!! HAVE A NICE FUCKIN DAY IN NEW ORLEANS YOU BASTARDS!!!! THE RIGHT PUNISHMENT FOR YOU YANKS!!!!
Posted by: FuckYAnks | Saturday, September 03, 2005 at 10:39 AM
Jody, Cristina, and F***YAnks....are you three enjoying yourselves? How exciting to attack the mother and family of a murdered girl and then F***YAnks to attack the poor victims of Katrina? well you win the prize for most compassionate group of posters on this site. It is not wrong to defend the 3 suspects (although most disagree with you, you have that right under the U.S.Constitution)...but to use this as a platform to express hostility to devastated family members and especially, the victims of Katrina...well F***YAnks, especially, must be an incredible, sweet, caring, wonderful person...if any of you three are older than let's say 13...there is no excuse for your hostility or ignorance. Everyone else, for the record, just ignore these poor souls...they have very much enjoyed our responses and reactions, for truly, that can be their only motivation...entertainment for themselves. If we don't respond, maybe they will just go away to their obviously very sad little lives. My ten cents worth...but, I must admit, they got to me and others...are you three happy and having fun?!!!! OK, now go away...............danie

I have read all of the posts, and some of them make sense..not the ones that are pointing fingers at the three men! Have any of you thought that you are the ones that are ruining the lives of all of the families involved in this disaster of missing Natalie and the three young men that were last seen with her? How about putting on your thinking caps and examining the thought that she may be on another island. She could have been taken there without the three suspects even knowing about it..WAKE UP! Stop being the judge and jury.
