Thanks so much for lining The Network For Good page. Hope everyone who can makes financial donations and for those who can't, please volunteer in your local area. The relief agencies are spread thin right now and need help!

As you end another day at work, thinking your boss is a jerk… Remember those that no longer have jobs.
As you drive home in the snarled up traffic... Remember those that no longer have cars, let alone roads to travel.

As you come in the house and see what a mess the kids have made… Remember those that no longer have homes.

As the family is asking when supper will be ready... Remember those that haven’t eaten in several days.

As you put your children to bed tonight... Remember those children that didn’t survive.

As you go to bed tonight thinking how tired you are... Remember those that don’t have beds to sleep in.

Think of all of this and realize how very lucky you are and then ask God how he would have you help the victims of Katrina.

Dan,

I am so thankful you are providing all these links for helping.

May God bless you!

Kudos on your efforts to bring relief to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. There is another way bloggers and other thoughtful people can help:

I have opened forums at www.DisasterReliefIdeas.org for the discussion of ideas to aid disaster relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. I am not soliciting donations, only ideas. Experts in aspects of disaster relief (housing, healthcare, rebuilding, etc.) are also able to rate these ideas, giving us a means of identifying the most promising ones, which will be shared with disaster relief professionals and persons in authority. Please help our society by contributing your ideas, especially if you are unable to contribute financially to relief efforts.

Just wish to share a humanitarian project I've made on http://www.CrisisSearch.com to help with current and future disasters (like Hurricane Katrina/Rita). Please tell others and please help us build the database up...
