And this blog has the pictures. Looks like he talked into at least one microphone. Maybe Hasibokus, or someone could chime in with a translation of anything they may have heard, along with a link to the Daily News talking briefly about the Porn Industry angle being investigated. Not sure how much stock to put into the too brief NY Daily News report.

Oh for SURE I'm going to believe whatever PVDS' abd JVDS' feedback on those nasty rumors . . . Not Personally, I wouldn't believe either one of them, even if I witnesses their tongues being notarized. Donner faces parliament over murder case cover-up

AMSTERDAM — Justice Minister Piet Hein Donner will face questions from parliamentarians on Tuesday about why prosecutors withheld evidence in a child murder case.

Cees B, 33, served four years of an 18-year sentence for the murder of Nienke Kleiss, 10, before he was freed in January this year when another man apparently admitted to killing the girl.

The case became more complicated on Monday when current affairs programme Netwerk reported that prosecutors did not disclose DNA evidence at the time of B.'s trial which proved he was not the man who attacked the victim.

B. and his legal team are investigating whether he can sue the prosecution and the Dutch Forensic
Institute (NFI).

Nienke and her 11-year-old friend Maikel were attacked by a man in the Beatrixpark in Schiedam in June 2000. Nienke was raped and murdered, but Maikel survived by pretending to be dead after he was severely assaulted.

Socialist Party MP Jan De Wit has led the calls for Donner to explain why an innocent man was convicted of the killing.

"There must be consequences if it is true the evidence was withheld deliberately. You don't think this could be possible in the Netherlands. This case is an enormous blow to the confidence in the legal system," De Wit said.

The interview at the airport just went over the facts of the case. Joran said he came back to Holland to start college, that he is still a suspect and can't leave Dutch territory until the case is solved or the two years are over. Nothing special.

Finally some justice in this case. They held the guy as long as they could with no evidence and no body. The media really got people to convict this guy without a trial - pretty amazing. Well in Holland at least he'll get some peace. They won't put up with media hounding or wild, slanderous accusations thrown about without any evidence or proof whatsoever that a crime was even commited.

Hope he does as well in school as he did in Aruba being an honor student and having taken advanced courses in physics and calculus. Sounds like a pretty bright guy minus making up a story to the police in Aruba. Never having had a run in with the law before .... live and learn I guess. I hope he recovers from being raped by an adult - stautory rape is a pretty bad thing to deal with.
