The last photo isnt real. The face is too old and white and the body is too young and black.
Finished an Anne Rice novel this weekend which made me mourn.
Hey Dan, tell Steve to look out for an e-mail from me. For some reason I cant post on his boards. Always been a problem with his server.
Assuming I dont annoy him and he has me on ignore lol.

It is possible that the page with the man is indeed a real photo. It's not uncommon to see the shrimpers and fishermen who have lived there lives on the water with torso's darker than their faces as a result of them wearing ballcaps which protect their faces some. Years of hard sun on the ocean create a darkened leather like texture and color.
just a thought

The picture that caught my attention had a board in it that said something about "if you come home please call me." Not knowing where your family and friends are and if they are even ok would be the worst of everything for me.

When I clicked through I found the photos and story of Clayton Campbell and his mom and little brother, who lost everything in Katrina. They have a paypal account set up and Clayton is selling prints of his images to help his mom. It's a chance to help someone directly.
