Well, there's a calculated move, with her and Leahy voting no, they can easily take on any next nominee with cover to rationalize a no vote, possibly even a filibuster. I'm assuming she thinks not enough people are paying attention for it to hurt her with moderates, who are likely to be less concerned about, or involved with Supreme Court picks.
