One thing that truly troubled me about my visit to Louisiana was the level of the military presence there. I imagined before that if the military had to be used in a CONUS (Continental US) operations that they would be there to help the citizens: Clothe them, feed them, shelter them, and protect them. But what I saw was a city that is occupied. I saw soldiers walking around in patrols of 7 with their weapons slung on their backs. I wanted to ask one of them what it would take for one of them to shoot me. Sand bags were removed from private property to make machine gun nests.

The vast majority of people who were looting in New Orleans were doing so to feed their families or to get resources to get their families out of there. If I had a store with an inventory of insured belongings, and a tragedy happened, I would fling my doors open and tell everyone to take what they need: it is only stuff. When our fellow citizens are told to "shoot to kill" other fellow citizens because they want to stay alive, that is military and governmental fascism gone out of control. What I saw today in Algiers lifted up my spirits, but what I also saw today in Algiers frightened me terribly.

Then visit Bob for some pictures of the 82nd Airborn on the ground in New Orleans for a little sanity. This woman must be starting to give the mainstream Dems fits. She is embarrassing herself, her cause and her son's honored memory. Yet, the MSM by and large, is ignoring the more outgageous behavior she is exhibiting and continuing to prop her up as a legitimate poster child of the anti-war movement.

With too many new ways to access information today - including web logs - if they continue to embrace this poor, troubled woman, it is going to come back to haunt them through a continued decline in public trust. In a word, marginalization is starting to come to mind as regards entities like the NYTimes, Michael Moore and the like-minded.

I say let this woman go to work for the welfare and let her see first hand at these so call poor souls that she says are taking food from stores to feed their families.Most of the so called poor souls have 3 are more children all three with differant fathers.Why, so their welfare ck will increase.As for as the national gaurd are army was concerned. The County Grand Jury shall inquire into the willful or corrupt misconduct in office of public officials of every description within the county.

The County Grand Jury is charged with the legal duty to investigate all aspects of the county government, including the cities and special districts. This body is statutorily mandated to investigate and report on both criminal and civil matters within the county.

Responsibilities of the County Grand Jury include but or not limited to the examination of all aspects of County government, including special districts, to ensure the County is being governed honestly and efficiently, and County monies are being handled appropriately. The Grand Jury also has the duty to investigate the conditions and management of public jails within its jurisdiction.

Investigations may be conducted on public agencies, the administration and affairs of any city within the County. It is also appropriate for any private citizen, County official or employee to present a written complaint to the County Grand Jury for investigation.

Moreover, I formally demand my Right to testify before a Federal and/or County Grand Jury and/or before a United States Congressional hearing concerning my first-hand and imputed knowledge of felony public crime and corruption that my testimony may be made public record.

II. Preliminary information concerning diversity of citizenship in America and, specifically, the rare political status of victim-witness Clarence Douglas Malcolm; denial of corporate identity.

I, Clarence Douglas Malcolm, deny that I am a United States Citizen as created under the purview of the 14th amendment. I am exclusively a Citizen of the great state of Texas, the Republic – i.e., a United States "National." I have by birthright the same inherent political status and standing at law as our noble founding fathers (e.g. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, etc.)—most Americans today do not. Further, concerning my highest identity beyond statutory "classifications," I am a living, breathing, self-realized, natural born earth inhabitant—existing as a sovereign state of awareness-perceiving-being and a direct manifestation of the Almighty Creator of Heaven and the known universe, endowed with God-given, self-evident Will, Liberty and Rights. My "awareness" is my most intimate form of intangible private property—to which the STATE can never lawfully or legally claim it owns. My "political status" as a Citizen of Texas state is guaranteed/protected at law by the bona fide/original constitution for the Texas Republic, wherein I live and maintain intent to live in the private venue, original "civil" peacetime jurisdiction.

III. STATEMENT OF GRIEVANCES AND PETITION FOR REDRESS.

I am a private criminal investigator for Gunderson and Associates Professional
Investigations. My boss, Ted Gunderson (see: http://www.tedgunderson.com) and I have a tremendous amount of information concerning FELONY public crime and corruption inside the Federal Government and, specifically, involving domestic spying on Americans (including illegal spying on Gunderson and myself), the torture of American citizens by Federal paramilitary police forces and the murders of two California teenagers (both female) that are apparently being "officially" covered-up" by Federal paramilitary law enforcement authorities in violation of clearly established law and the Federal and State constitutions.

Moreover, we possess reliable evidence that the CIA is "linked" to at least one of these murders. I am, in fact, a federal victim-witness who was brutally tortured by Las Vegas Metropolitan police on the evening of August 22, 2004. Two weeks after I submitted a $250,000 common law claim with Las Vegas and Clark County authorities, I began to be unlawfully and illegally stalked and harassed by unknown "spooks" with evil intent, we believe, to harm or kill me. This corrupt city---via rogue personnel therein---later falsely arrested me (the 2nd time) and set me up for a bogus criminal prosecution with intent to harm or kill me [I believe] after I was in custody. I was saved by a friend who posted $3,000 to free me from this wrongful and malicious prosecution. Outlaws operating inside the City of Las Vegas have refused or otherwise failed to return the $3,000 even after a Clark County Grand Jury Criminal Complaint was submitted by me which exposed the entire "set-up."

Worse, I continue to be stalked, harassed and intimidated [felony harassment of a federal victim-witness] by unknown individuals operating as a "crew;" some having New York license plates. In fact, one mafioso-appearing man along with two other men accompanying him were---more likely than not---the possible hoodlums who stole my luggage off of a west-bound Greyhound bus. I believe these men were hired by Mayor Oscar Goodman and/or other rogue Las Vegas and/or Clark County officials to stalk me with evil intent [I allege] to steal all my luggage and/or to harm or kill me. By divine intervention [I believe] they were prevented by the bus driver from re-boarding the bus about a three-quarters of the way toward Los Angeles.

In the event that Mayor Oscar Goodman is found to be innocent of this latter allegation following an "official" investigation, he remains part of the conspiracy involving Clark County District Attorney David Roger, Deputy City Attorney Bernard Little, Sheriff Bill Young and other mostly unknown accomplices who acted in felony collusion to cover-up the torturing of arrestees and inmates (including me). I also will show that they learned about the likely murder of a teenage female from me and evidently acted in collusion to cover-up this apparent CIA-linked atrocity.

Further, I believe and hereby formally allege that Mayor Oscar Goodman, a former Mafioso criminal defense attorney is one of the ringleaders in the plot to harm or kill me—having, possibly, acted in collusion with District Attorney David Roger, Deputy City Attorney Bernard Little, Sheriff Bill, along with other known and yet unknown rogue public officials and employees. These rogue officials are also guilty, I allege, of obstruction of justice, failure to protect a federal victim-witness, compounding and concealment, violations of my unalienable Rights, R.I.C.O., criminal profiteering, insurance fraud, the brutal torture of American civilians and multitudinous other felonies in violation of their own state and federal laws and constitutions. I demand that these accused gangsters be immediately arrested and brought to justice—with intent that their individual municipal liability insurance bonds be attached by my criminal claim against them.

Like the officials I contacted at the Department of Justice, these outlaws learned that I (and other inmates and arrestees) were brutally tortured by their rogue police—but, rather than rescue and protect me, they willfully and with evil intent chose to aid, abet, support and cover-up this terrible felony crime and violations of both the federal and state constitutions. These officials are criminals of the worst sort. And I, like Ted Gunderson, remain a politically and criminally persecuted victim-witness who is being unlawfully and illegally denied criminal justice and the uniform enforcement of the ‘Rule of Law.’

I submitted formal criminal complaints to the Clark County Grand Jury concerning my first-hand knowledge of felony public crime and corruption within and without Clark County...but...my several affidavits were evidently intercepted by the corrupt DA's office, a felony "obstruction of justice."

Because Gunderson and I have obtained irrefutable evidence of massive public crime and corruption and R.I.C.O. operating at all levels of government within the United States, and because I have unlawfully and illegally been denied criminal justice and "victim-witness" status at law, and also, because Gunderson and I continue to have "security" problems and suffer severe government oppression, I was compelled on November 28, 2005 to enter the Venezuela Embassy in Washington D.C. where I became the first American to apply for "political refugee status" in Venezuela. My application for political asylum is presently "pending" before the Venezuela government.

This web site has evidently been repeatedly sabotaged by rogue Federal government "spooks" (a felony) who are apparently unhappy with my "petition for redress of grievances" to President Chavez and/or the information I’ve made known to him and the public at large. In the event that civilians and law enforcement authorities are unable to access or read this web site perfectly, this is due—more likely than not—to another felonious act of cyber-vandalism and domestic terrorism by rogue "spook" personnel within the United States government (e.g. NSA, DOD, CIA, its paramilitary forces and/or military intelligence operatives.)

My purpose in notifying civilian and/or military authorities is done pursuant to Title 18, section 4, of the United States Code. Also, I request that upright U.S. officials help me make it known that Gunderson and I cannot obtain justice in this country for two murdered teenagers and for other major felonies. The DOJ and the White House learned about our criminal complaints [via emails and/or faxes] and chose to do absolutely nothing about it. Because the CIA and domestic torture and spying are involved, no one wants to investigate or have anything to do with our bona fide claims.

Worse yet, Gunderson and I have evidently been unlawfully and illegally denied "victim-witness" protection as mandated by clearly established law. I remain in fear for my life as a bona fide "federal victim-witness" and "state victim-witness" (for the People of the State of California and Nevada) to rampant public crime and corruption.

Ted Gunderson and I were forced to move our home-office from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Clatonia, Nebraska, following another attempt on Ted's life that landed him in intensive care in a Las Vegas hospital. We are now aware of two dozen good Americans---including other "Whistleblowers"---who have suffered suspicious deaths, been "suicided" and otherwise covertly "taken out" by Black Op (or Black Op-contracted) SPOOKS operating domestically in the U.S. The murders of two teenage females that we investigated continue to be feloniously ignored and "covered-up." At no other time in history has America suffered such internal crime and corruption as is the case today. Our country is on a nose-dive to utter ruin and, sadly, most people remain willfully ignorant or apathetic to this destruction.

In any event, we encourage our fellow Americans to continue to support our good and brave peace officers and troops who are fighting in foreign wars.
