Hard to know what category to place this into. Read past the short opening to the But more incredibly part. It's true, I read it myself - incredible, is right. I did offer up a comment to Ace as regards Angelina Jolie's recent complaints about the aid movement and how she might help out. ; ) But she looks terrible in an image Drudge has up.
But please go read this: But more incredibly

Dan, there are some things even gators won't eat.

There may have been less murders in NO this week than in past weeks. If you have never lived there, do not under- or over-estimate the way some people live.

When this is over I am sure a thorough accounting will be required as to just who dropped the ball but I would have to say it is the office of the governor that should have got the ball rolling.
For now, let's all pull together and circle the wagons around our own. Last thing NO needs is more negativity and wild rumors. They are all doing the best they can, this is just of such a huge size it is totally unmanageable and truly a disaster. Going to be hard enough to keep spirits up without somebody always dragging them down. Hope, pray and help when and where and how you can.
Thank God for TEXAS! They have done so much and no problem is bigger than the heart of the Texans.
No, I am in Alabama but do appreciate all they have done.

Anna, yes it's not time to bitch, that can come later. Texas is an awesome state, and any Texan will tell you that ;).
Sam, my sister is a retired army nurse, she went to Kely Airforce base to volunteer as well as Lockland, she told me she was shocked at the number of people lined up willing to help, but not suprised. Like the song says......GOD Blessed Texas, I am beginning to believe that.
