I'm sure this will be part of his child porn defense. Always falling into the "victim" category (poor Ben), he'll say, "They're not mine, I was just being nice, selling the deads guys stuff on ebay and keeping the money. Those 16 counts of child porn belong to the dead guy" I'm curious about his ebay account and if he distributed these horrendous videos on it or just kinky sex items? If he sold the illegal porn on ebay it would leave a nice paper trail (for the buyer as well as poor "don't drop the soap" Ben)

Interesting...Black17 was on skulz site wanting to buy his porn and expressing a particular interest in Richmond area girls...always in the market for...

Anyone who pry on young women should be placed in a prison where inmates there are serving life sentences with no chance of ever being released. The guys who pry on children and young woman can now intertain the prison inmates....enjoy all the nasty things they inflicted on others

Well, you don't have to take drugs to be convicted for drug dealing. If you hold and distribute, that's illegal, whether you use it yourself or not. Same for porn. He may claim he doesn't use it, but if he keeps it and sells it, that's distribution and a crime. whether he 'used' it himself is moot and a poor justification.
