New Analysis Suggests Gang Rape And Drugging Involved In Holloway Disappearance

Dr. Andrew Hodges, a forensic psychiatrist, has begun to analyze some of what documented facts and statements are available in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway - that analysis suggests that both Deepak Kalpoe and Joran Van der Sloot may have been involved in a planned scheme which included the drugging and gang raping of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. He is currently preparing a full report for the family of Natalee Holloway.

Thoughtprint decoding is reading between the lines for unconscious messages, called "thoughtprints,".

A recent breakthrough to the unconscious mind reveals it is strikingly honest and far brighter than the conscious mind and that criminals are strongly inclined toward unconscious confession.

To decode thoughtprints one must be attuned to a suspect's unconsciously patterned ideas and not his literal conscious statements. The conscious mind speaks literally ("left brain") about certain issues, the unconscious mind speaks symbolically ("right brain") about deeper issues facts via thoughtprints.

Thoughtprints: Joran indirectly warned the girls from Mountain Brook High School including Natalee Holloway around 9 pm at the Holiday Inn Casino-- "Don't go to Carlos and Charlies, it's no fun on Sunday night." This suggests an unconscious protective warning, knowing that he was up to something (a group rape as he suggests).

Natalee Drugged: Joran spontaneously reported that Natalee was on drugs at C and C suggesting she indeed was drugged there. Deepak's thoughtprints also suggest Natalee had been drugged - reporting that he had lied to police because missing girls "usually show up at a crack house (sic)."

Both suspects independently introduced drugs's suggesting they drugged her in addition to the alcohol she had consumed. There are rumors of bartenders cooperating in such a scenario.

Natalee Resisted a Group Rape: Joran and Deepak both referenced the idea of sex being refused ("Joran said he refused Natalee sex in the back seat at one point, Deepak prohibited Joran and Natalee from sexual contact telling them to go get a hotel room) and of Natalee refusing to be touched while on the ground when she fell.

All of this strongly suggests sexual activity and touch being refused and that she put up a fight while held down and that there was both verbal and physical resistance.

A particularly striking story of Natalee falling-- physically out of control on the ground and intoxicated linked with the moment of separation (death)-- suggests loss of control through drugs, rape and finally through death.

Additional analysis, some anticipated to be discussed this week on Court TV with more going directly to the family, is pending. In speaking with Dr. Hodges, it was at least suggested at this point that, based upon other reports, along with the drugging, such a crime may have included luring Natalee Holloway away from the front of Carlos and Charlie's on foot.

Dr. Hodges "Thought Print" work was involved to some extent in profiling the BTK serial killer. His credentials include being certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and received the Outstanding Clinician’s Award in 1995 from the International Society of Communicative Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy. He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Hmm, it's odd that Dr. Hodges highlight the BTK case? Many people worked on the BTK case and provided exactly no useful help. BTK was located by following up hard evidence and BTK confessed to his crimes. What could Dr. Hodges' "thoughtprint decoding" have possibly provided that was useful in the BTK case?

Besides he's an American with study in an area of psychiatry that is still considered experimental.Dutch neuro-linguistic experts have already been called in with zero success. Dutch secret service has been called in with zero success. And this guys says he can read minds.

I am not putting any credence in this guy especially considering the majority of his work is post de facto analysis. Besides where did this guy get his information? The Arubans have not released anything. And the FBI has not either. They can't release the information, it would violate the rights of the accused. He would walk if they did. And they don't want him to walk on this. The notion that this psychiatrist could make his analysis from second or third hand news reports is absurd.

This does not surprise me at all. My husband is a retired police officer and he says this all the time, that when people make statements or try to state an alibi of some sorts, a partial truth will come out in those statements, along with their version to protect themselves. He said this very early on in the investigation about the statements "they" made.

While the ordinary waking mind can be manipulated by the person and others, the unconscious mind speaking through symbols in dreams, properly interpreted, provides a clearer picture of truth. Mary - my father is a retired homicide detective and he said the same exact thing you posted above. Isn't it amazing how the majority of people who actually have some experience in what is going on in Aruba basically same the same thing, explain the same exact scenario as to probably what most likely happened? If you bothered to read the text of Dan's article then you would know it's more than reading bumps. Like I've said, I lived most of my life around a homicide detective who worked in DC and surrounding PG county for over 30 years and you can definitely find truths in statements that are lies from suspects. Mark Furhman said the same exact thing weeks ago when he said that when Joran and the Kalpoes first lied about the HI story they talked about Natalee hitting her head. They were setting up a head injury in case they found the body. There are other statements which you can find some truth in that backs Beth's STRONG theory that Natalee thought she was getting into a cab when Kalpoe's "momma" stated Natalee didn't speak a word to them. Now if she were the agressor or left on her own free will under the assumption she knew the Kalpoes and Joran, why would she NOT talk to them and just Joran?

My husband is also retired law enforcement and DITTO to what others have said. He said in the beginning that from what he was seeing and hearing that those boys had given her a date rape drug and that in the resulting gang rape Natalie died.
He also said that with the level of arrongance of these boys that they will never confess to the whole truth. He also thinks that the boys tried to bury the body and that when the father found out what had happened the body was then taken out to sea and disposed of and that the people who have any info on this have been kept away from Aruba.

These cases always take on wild speculation eg. mob, drug lords,etc. I think it is something more much more simple. JVDS and DK were looking to get laid. A date rape drug was probably used. JVDS went first. She freaked or something and DK missed his turn. Werever she was left, and without JVDS there, DK returned in a jealous rage and forcibly raped her and she died in the process, or he killed her as well. She was temporarily buried. Then PVDS got invoved. Now there is no body. All the boys are lying because I believe they can be charged with their varying degrees of invovement in the crime. This case may be tough to crack since the Police Chief and PVDS cleaned up most of the incriminating evidence. Finally, these three weasels are not cracking. They must know that there is no case against them, and to let the clock tick down. One more thought. This is probably one of many of their trolling and pickups at bars of drunken students. They wait for the last night that these girls are on the island knowing that come morning they will hide the rape. They have a plane to catch. Never to be seen again.

Actual studies have been done to determine whether police officers and judges can actually tell if people are telling the truth better than "ordinary" people. The studies determined that police and judges are not any better than anyone else and that nobody is very good at it. It sounds a lot like magical thinking dressed up as science. The testimonials are interesting, since they sound a lot like the testimonials I have read from psychics who "find" missing people. I hope people who find this "science" credible aren't offended by my sincere doubts about it. It sounds bogus to me. It does not sound like science.

Brain Fingerprinting Testing Detects Information

Brain Fingerprinting testing detects information stored in the human brain. A specific, electrical brain wave response, known as a P300, is emitted by the brain within a fraction of a second when an individual recognizes and processes an incoming stimulus that is significant or noteworthy. When an irrelevant stimulus is seen, it is seen as being insignificant and not noteworthy and a P300 is not emitted. The P300 electrical brain wave response is widely known and accepted in the scientific community. There have been hundreds of studies conducted and articles published on it over the past thirty years. In his research on the P300 response, Dr. Farwell discovered that the P300 was one aspect of a larger brain-wave response that he named a MERMER® (memory and encoding related multifaceted electroencephalographic response). The MERMER comprises a P300 response, occurring 300 to 800 ms after the stimulus, and additional patterns occurring more than 800 ms after the stimulus, providing even more accurate results.

Scientific Procedure

Brain Fingerprinting testing incorporates the following procedure. A sequence of words, pictures or sounds is presented under computer control for a fraction of a second each. Three types of stimuli are presented: "targets," "irrelevants," and "probes." The targets consist of information known to the suspect, which will establish a baseline brain response (MERMER) for information known to be significant to this subject in context. The subject is given a list of the target stimuli and instructed to press a particular button in response to targets and another button in response to all other stimuli. Most of the non-target stimuli are irrelevant, having no relation to the situation being tested. These irrelevants do not elicit a MERMER, and therefore establish a baseline brain response for information that is not significant to this suspect in this context. Some of the non-target stimuli are relevant to the situation being tested. These relevant stimuli are referred to as probes; information relevant to the test. For a subject with specific knowledge of material being tested, the probes are noteworthy due to that knowledge, and therefore the probes elicit a MERMER, indicating "information present" — information stored in the brain. For a subject lacking this knowledge, probes are indistinguishable from the irrelevants, and thus probes do not elicit a MERMER, indicating "information absent" — information not stored in the brain.

Computer Controlled

The entire Brain Fingerprinting system is under computer control, including presentation of the stimuli, recording of electrical brain activity, a mathematical data analysis algorithm that compares the responses to the three types of stimuli and produces a determination of "information present" or "information absent," and a statistical confidence level for this determination. At no time during the analysis do biases and interpretations by the person giving the test affect the presentation or the results of the stimulus presentation.

Scientific Experiments, Field Tests, and Criminal Cases

When the information tested is crime-relevant and known only to the perpetrator and investigators, then "information present" implies participation in the crime and "information absent" implies non-participation. Similarly, when the information tested is information known only to members of a particular organization or group (e.g., an intelligence agency or a terrorist group), then "information present" indicates an informed affiliation with the group in question.

Scientific studies, field tests and actual criminal cases involving over 175 individuals described in various scientific publications and technical reports by Dr. Lawrence A. Farwell have verified the extremely high level of accuracy, utility, cost-effectiveness, and overall credibility of the Brain Fingerprinting system. The system has been extremely accurate in all studies, field tests, and actual cases conducted at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a US intelligence agency, the police departments and with other organizations and individuals.
