Hey Dan,
Are you in New Jersey? That's my birth state. My parents moved me away back in 1964. I lived in Riverton, across the Deleware from Philly in the most wonderful turn-of-the-century house. My most beloved childhood memories lie there. Where in NJ are you? I love your site. Thanks for doing this.

Dan,
I thought this was more about NH!
This story is turning into a story of storied stories!
After tonight's FOX folly of a Geraldo show showing the carnival of "FOX hounds" I'm disgusted with it!
Though I've worked in broadcasting production I didn't need that background to be absolutely angry about their perilous production prowess. It was pathetic!
A carnival truly it is!!!
Oh, and have fun at yours.......

There are FIVE white PU trucks on just my side of the street!
My neighbor has three white ones alone!
White is reported to be the most common color of vehicle.
This story is becoming too crazy. I have seen nothing to believe any more -- except that NH left in a SILVER car with the three guys.
And now Dan says Natl Enq is credible. Incredible!
And they report:
"Shortly after she was last seen alive, she left a message on a close friend's cell phone. Chillingly, a sinister male voice is heard in the background asking Natalee: "Are you calling home?"
...
An insider in the investigation said: "Her friend believes it could have been the last call from Natalee, who was in trouble and desperate for help."
...Sources close to the investigation say Natalee appeared to be traveling inside a car when she phoned her pal at a time police will give only as "between 2 am and 5 am".
Must be 4am....
But we STILL have NO idea where that car went????
Or Natalee!!!
And there it is -- THE STORY -- a young girl's LIFE GONE while the stories wind and weave like a swirling wind whistling woefully through our beleaguered blogs.
And so I say good night, though it's not. It's just not a good night!!!

AkekoaHoAlethia, actually the Enquirer has gotten better in their reporting and sometimes break first news ( Amber Frey/Scott Peterson's girlfriend) because their reporters follow any and all leads. Police, however, sometimes do not have the man power or money to pursue every report.
This story, although embellished, still tells what we know for the most part. It also keeps the story alive in another periodical which is good for the family and for Natalee in efforts to persist in her recovery.

Dan : I love your tell it like you see it approach..so refreshing.
I have honed the social skills of a hermit crab to a fine art..
That's not to say some folks don't still think that these same social skills are a draw to the scene..but I REALLY have the social skills and inclinations of that same hermit crab.
Reason: I have a sharp tongue..that replaced the sharp mind I once enjoyed.
