what email are you referring to?

Yeah! I am very interested in the same question....I have been keeping track pretty well, What email are you talking about Dan?

email from yesterday???? Dan????

uh, one I got yesterday after she left the cafe suggesting the report would be filed today. Can't really offer much more than that, sorry.

I mentioned the tip in the linked story from yesterday.

Dan,

Gee Deepak files a suit because he felt threatened by Mrs. Twitty!AH Poor baby! Gee I wonder just how did Natalee feel that night? The guy is a complete worm.

As fas as your comment about being grandstanding and use of unorthodox methods by Mrs. Twitty. Hell at least someone down there is doing something to get answers. That is of course unless you consider tearing up cofessions, deporting witnesses and deny permits as trying to get answers.

Go Beth! If

I'd rather see Jug go in there and beat the living crap out of him. That slimeball is the key to this whole thing and the real story needs to be beaten out of him.

Deepak is lucky to be alive. I dont think Natalee is and he is strongly implicated in her disappearance. Does he think filing a complaint is going to make him look innocent? I hope he has to face the Holloways the rest of his life. Liar! Liar!

Dan

thanks

I knew it.

Well you are the man aren't you!

And we know who is not don't we!

Thanks Dan! Beth we support you!!

The mother is grandstanding and she is losing support with her methods. Let LE do the investigation, unless she has been hired by the FBI lately. We have real problems in America, way bigger problems than a missing girl who got drunk on her mothers dime in Aruba and went off with three guys. And don't tell me she thought his rice burner was a cab.

As this progresses and we hear of things like Joran's confessions torn and in the trash and shredded, etc. it becomes apparent that he is not going to be allowed to even confess. No forensic eveidence was collected soon enough to use for prosecution so that there can be no conviction.

The trial is going to be more of the same--a joke. I do not see Beth endorsing a kangaroo court and fake trial for the purpose of exonerating Joran. There is no evidence only because none was collected. There can't possibly be evidence if LE refuses to take it or to follow leads or even look for the body. A trial will be a joke and mockery of Natalee and her family so why endorse it. Beth needs to find out what she can any way she can and do it now.

She is going to leave that island without her daughter and without justice of any sort and she knows it. She no longer has anything to lose. Go for it, Beth.

The frustration and actions of Beth are fully understandable but unfortunately this can make the things worst and turn against her. Maybe two comments:
- At this point maybe the rational thing to try might be to offer immunity and secrecy to the one of the three who reveal where the body is. Unfortunately two are brothers which might make this approach difficult. On the other hand it might be the way to get Joran.

-Imagine that the case remains unsolved and the three get out "free". What kind of life could they have looking all the time on their back for an hired "specialist" who might be after them?..

ah HEllo all I can is HELLOOOOOOOOOOO...

We see how the ALE has handled this case... She is not grandstanding and your seriously mistaken if you think she is losing support....

At this point Dolphin, I think beth just wants her daughter to take home. Offer both the brothers immunity and reward money. They will talk imo.

I can't imagine NOT doing what she did last night confronting him. The LE has done nothing to help solve this case on their own. They only provide bits and pieces when pressured. I cannot imagine any parent would have not talked to him if the chance took place after this 2 1/2 month debacle.

yeah, what support is she loseing, anyway? Aruban's? lololol she NEVER had their support, what's to lose?

That lady is a champion if I ever saw one. If only Patsy Ramsey had those balls, we might have the killer of JonBenet by now.

Beth has nothing to lose--she lost it already. I commend her for not getting violent because I most certainly would.

Oh, one more thing for those who want Beth to feed those flies honey...she tried that at first, remember? She came across soft and sweet as cherry pie in those first weeks...WEEKS, mind you, and the problem got worse, not better. I wonder how charming any of you'd be after WEEKS of this farce?

"-Imagine that the case remains unsolved and the three get out "free". What kind of life could they have looking all the time on their back for a hired "specialist" who might be after them?"

Exactly my sentiments!

Stellartrack:
I fully agree with you.

Let me guess, this is some sort of support group. Why do you people care about people you don't know. "we might have the killer of JonBenet by now."

all I can say is whacko!

She is not going to find out anything dropping in on a suspect at his work !

Deepak is going to confess while at work on Wordwide TV. Only question is.. who gets the scoop.. CNN or FOX ? Dream on.

Yes, and I know Beth is going thru hell and what would I do if I was in her position ? Think legal or illegal wiretaps, GPS tracking, and all the other spy technology. None of it would be admissable in court, but if I just wanted to know where my daughter was, I would use it. Find an expert and get them to use it

Hello~

I think you know why I mention JonBenet, but you'd rather call me "whacko" to make yourself feel good. Enjoy!

JonBenet Ramsey's is another case gone unsolved with mishandling by LE. Got that, Hello? Good:)

Hello,

and your point is what? What the hell does JonBenet have to do with a support group for Natalee Holloway? It's about justice! Particularly when it is thrown in ones face by the events in Aruba. JonBenet was all over the papers for months. Hell her case still makes the papers. But you choose to attack this mother for doing what ANY normal healthy caring parent would do in the same circumstances. But perhaps your lacking in some emotional capacity.

Beth should do whatever it takes to get answers. If it were me I would have probably already lost it. She is a strong determined woman. I hope that she prevails, somehow, someway !! God bless you Beth Twitty.

I also feel that Beth, at this point, has nothing to lose. What more can they do to her? She has already most likely lost her daughter, but I commend her for giving it all she has. To keep on digging for the truth, until she decides to let it be. But we all know her life will never be the same. My heart breaks for Beth and Natalee's father Dave.

Kat,

Do you really think Beth is stupid enough to think he was going to confess? Do you really think that is the reason she went there. She wanted to read him one on one up close and personel. I would of done the exact same thing under the same circumstances and maybe not as cool and calm. Go Beth

Well - I would have done the same about 8 weeks ago. Actually I'd probably be in jail in Aruba for assult if it was my daughter. Beth needs to file a counter lawsuit. Her dumb attorney "de Souza"(sp) is about as worthless as a tick on the ass end of a jackass..

I'd rather see Jug go in there and beat the living crap out of him. That slimeball is the key to this whole thing and the real story needs to be beaten out of him.

Posted by: rpc717 | August 9, 2005 09:21 PM

Yes Jug could go beat up Depoke,

but what he should have done was stood side by side with Dave Holloway out at that dump site, looking for Natalee.

Jason....Well of course she wanted to be up in his face to see his expressions and demeanor. I don't think she went for a confession from him per se. But just knowing that he is there on the same Island and for her to go home and not have taken the chance to try to talk to him would have been a wasted chance...IMO...I would have confronted him too, however I don't know about the camera crews ...were they there too?

I have heard it all now. I am not convinced that the Dutch system of justice is inferior to ours, but I am convinced that the Arubans as a whole are too damn stupid to administer it.

I am going to be in New Orleans next week opening Dixie beers and slurping down hurricanes at Pat O'Brien's. I'd much rather be in Aruba opening a can of whip ass with the Kalpoe fairies.

actually from what FOX said she had a hidden camera.. Which I think was pretty smart. So it can easily disprove she threatened him in any manner...

Jason;
I have no idea what her motive was for going there.

The guy spent time in jail and he still
is keeping it to himslf. Don't get me wrong, I think he is in it as deep as a Deep can be.

I get very angry that Nat is not at home enjoying her life like a regular 18 year old. If I made a Deep Doll, I would be smacking it around !

I thought the cameras were a great idea--protection and proof she did nothing but question the little rodent.

You all should be so lucky to have someone like Beth in your camp! Anyone that sees her as anything but a loving mom in misery is someone who has never loved or been loved and wouldn't know love if it whacked them upside the head. But, keep up the bashing of this courageous woman, it keeps us aware of whom we're dealing with here;)

In general most mothers will do anything to save their child, regardless of the consequences - they will even give their life. I'm 100% for Beth and her tactics, I wish she would dump "de Souza"(sp); she's as worthless as Tammy Baker. File a counter lawsuit Beth or get another atoorney. Obviously Aruba LE has no balls - their overtime is spent trying to figure out how to wiggle out of this event they created for themselves.

Kat,

There is no way you would keep me away. He is walking around and he sholdnt be and I hope he looks over his shoulder evertime he goes out. BYW I have some PINS for that doll if ya want

Jason says:

Yes, that was a great idea, did they show this tape from her hidden camera? Sorry I didn't see it on the news. No cable...only four local channels.

Dan mentioned something about an email...did he mean that Beth emailed him from Deepaks work place?

Faithfulreader,

They showed like 5 seconds of it and that was all

Oh, wish I could have seen just that little bit.
Thanks Jason.

Any more info available on what she gave him yesterday?

Deepak and the other two might as well get used to it. From now untill the day they die they will live under a cloud of suspicion. No matter where they go on this planet whenever someone meets him the very first thing on their mind will be "hey aren't you one of those guys who killed Natalee Holloway?"
No one needs to shoot these losers, they will likely comit suicide in a couple of years anyway!

There's nothin to be gained from confronting Deepak Kalpoe. He's not going to say anything, and BHT is putting herself in a vulernable position. Specifically, opening herself to harrassment charges. He can claim she is interfering with his job. The owner can claim she is interfering with customers and his business. This is NOT the way to proceed. If a confession or information from Deepak is desired, it should by done another way. I'm not suggesting this to the Twitty's, but if it was my kid, I'd have a couple friends pick the kid up some night a couple months down the road, take him somewhere isolated and rough him up.

Andy:

I'm with you, buddy. I think the only thing that kept Beth from waxing the floor with Deepak's ass was that she had a better plan.

A little Rudyard Kipling follows. Anyone who does not understand this poem has never been married to a woman with children.

The Female of the Species

When the Himalayan peasant meets the he-bear in his pride,
He shouts to scare the monster, who will often turn aside.
But the she-bear thus accosted rends the peasant tooth and nail,
For the female of the species is more deadly than the male.

When Nag the basking cobra hears the careless foot of man,
He will sometimes wriggle sideways and avoid it if he can,
But his mate makes no such motion where she camps beside the trail.
For the female of the species is more deadly than the male.

When the early Jesuit fathers preached to Hurons and Choctaws,
They prayed to be delivered from the vengeance of the squaws.
'Twas the women, not the warriors, turned those stark enthusiasts pale.
For the female of the species is more deadly than the male.

Man's timid heart is bursting with the things he must not say,
For the Woman that God gave him isn't his to give away;
But when hunter meets with husband, each confirms the other's tale —
The female of the species is more deadly than the male.

Man, a bear in most relations — worm and savage otherwise —
Man propounds negotiations, Man accepts the compromise,
Very rarely will he squarely push the logic of a fact
To its ultimate conclusion in unmitigated act.

Fear, or foolishness, impels him, ere he lay the wicked low,
To concede some form of trial even to his fiercest foe.
Mirth obscene diverts his anger—Doubt and Pity oft perplex
Him in dealing with an issue—to the scandal of The Sex!

But the Woman that God gave him, every fibre of her frame
Proves her launched for one sole issue, armed and engined for the same;
And to serve that single issue, lest the generations fail,
The female of the species must be deadlier than the male.

She who faces Death by torture for each life beneath her breast
May not deal in doubt or pity—must not swerve for fact or jest.
These be purely male diversions—not in these her honour dwells.
She the Other Law we live by, is that Law and nothing else.

She can bring no more to living than the powers that make her great
As the Mother of the Infant and the Mistress of the Mate.
And when Babe and Man are lacking and she strides unclaimed to claim
Her right as femme (and baron), her equipment is the same.

She is wedded to convictions—in default of grosser ties;
Her contentions are her children, Heaven help him who denies!—
He will meet no suave discussion, but the instant, white-hot, wild,
Wakened female of the species warring as for spouse and child.

Unprovoked and awful charges—even so the she-bear fights,
Speech that drips, corrodes, and poisons—even so the cobra bites,
Scientific vivisection of one nerve till it is raw
And the victim writhes in anguish—like the Jesuit with the squaw!

So it comes that Man, the coward, when he gathers to confer
With his fellow-braves in council, dare not leave a place for her
Where, at war with Life and Conscience, he uplifts his erring hands
To some God of Abstract Justice—which no woman understands.

And Man knows it! Knows, moreover, that the Woman that God gave him
Must command but may not govern—shall enthrall but not enslave him.
And She knows, because She warns him, and Her instincts never fail,
That the Female of Her Species is more deadly than the Male.

Dan,
good reporting. You always get the scoops, too. I think out of all the sources on the web, you've become my mainstay in this case. I'm hooked on your writings and appreciate all the information you provide.

As far as Mrs. Twitty, bless her heart, she's trying everything she can to get answers, and I don't blame her for going to the Internet cafe. I wouldn't have the chutzpah.

I hope it doesn't get twisted out of shape into something that it's not. I think it was extreme for Joran's lawyers to file complaints, but, on the other hand, they are lawyers and they are paid to watch his back and protect him. From his point of view, I can see where it would be intimidating, but, if he were so innocent, he could have at least told her he had nothing to do with harming Natalee. The fact that he didn't doesn't mean he's guilty, but, it looks worse than if he did.

HELLO-can you say T.R.O.L.L.???????? What an $sswipe you are! Sure, let the ALE do the investigating- maybe in 2050? Hey, I bet the FBI could use a good woman like Beth- go Beth!!! And some of us are helping to solve problems here in the US (its called a job/vocation/career) on a daily basis-and still have time and compassion leftover for a hurting and searching mom. How about you, "Hello"- what is your excuse? Maybe we should put Anita and Mama Kalpoe in a room together and tell them the immunity idea and see who goes for it first? Hey, Jug-let us all know if ya need any help, ok?

Patrick,

YOur absloulely wrong. It is a public place and she has every right to go into the store. Second it is not harrassment. He never asked her to leave or go away. If he did and she didnt then MAYBE he might have an arguement. If she were asked to leave by his manager then maybe so but none of this happened. And you know what if she had been asked she would of left. You can say nothing can be gained from confronting him. That is a judgement call that only she could make and she says she is very glad she did it.

Jason;
I have plenty of sharp pins. I hope that they all get their just desserts in one way ( legal ) or the other way. After the trial, if there is one. And they are on the loose.

No one needs to shoot these losers, they will likely comit suicide in a couple of years anyway!

Yes, how sad for all, I don't like to think of anyone losing their life for any reason. They must realize that they will be hounded for the rest of thier lives...so you would think that they would just come clean and tell what happened. I feel sad for their parents as well, their life will never be the same either.

Sorry Jason, but you are wrong. I've been through this before in the legal system. You'd be suprised what constitutes harrassment. In fact, if you email someone, they can claim 'electronic harrasment' regardless of whether they ask you to stop. They can say they felt indimidated and harrassed. Not sure if the laws in Aruba are different, but don't tell someone they are wrong if you haven't experienced it or know the law. I had this happen to me. She's wasting her time, accomplishing nothing and putting herself in jeopardy. I don't fault her, it's the same thing i was inclined to do. It's a natural reaction, but a VERY BAD MOVE.

Faithful,

While I agree with you about anyone losing their life I just find it difficult to have any compassion for their family. They have robbed the Holloway's and Twittys. Particularly becasue I feel the father is so deeply involved

JustMe what a beutiful and relevant selection.

Patrick,

Well I will disagree with you again. I will back it up by the three attorneys who stated she had every right to do what she did. All from Aruba. He may be able to get a restrainig order stopping her from coming further but he will not be able to fill harrasment charges against her for a single instance. It wont happen.
