Kalpoe Arrest Latest

Been in meetings all afternoon - latest I've heard is Kalpoe arrest is for another rape charge, not related to Natalee Holloway - prosecutor confirms.

It will still provide leverage, perhaps a dismissal of this charge, depending on circumstances, for providing evidence in Natalee Holloway case. Apparently, that last bit is the speculation of a detective on Fox. Don't know enough Dutch law to confirm that's even possible. I understand they do not have plea bargaining, for one example of how things can differ. But it certainly must provide leverage.

Anyone know anyone with last name of Zedan? Please address in comments. Thanks.

When I typed in Freddy Zedan into Google, the first return result states something about Zedan & Van Der Sloot beating two other men "in a sweep" while playing double teams...so I would assume Freddy Zedan played racquet ball with Joran????

Just read the entire article...Freddy Zedan and Joran Van Der Sloot played at the Heineken Plazo Open in September 2004. It was held at Aruba's Racquet Club. I can send you the link if you want?

Freddy was the guy shown in a picture on Tickle and other places holding an ax. I've seen him in a lot of pictures with the Kalpoes and Joran.

ORANJESTAD, Aruba - Two Surinamese brothers who had been detained and released in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway were arrested again Friday based on new evidence, officials said.

Satish and Deepak Kalpoe were arrested after authorities uncovered "new facts and circumstances" in the investigation of Holloway's disappearance, the prosecutor's office said in a statement.

The brothers were detained on suspicion of involvement, with unidentified "other people," in premeditated murder and rape, the prosecutor's office said.

To arrest them again, "there had to be new facts and circumstances. That is the case," the statement said. Authorities declined further comment.

The prosecutor's office also said the brothers were suspected of other offenses, but they did not provide details. No information was disclosed about a third man who authorities said was arrested Friday with the Kalpoes.

According to my sources, this might have been a modus operandi of this group of friends, and after interrogations of many friends, they got the necessary clearance for these detentions.

How it is related to missing Natalee Holloway case? This tactic might have been used on her and things went wrong.

Their hope is that these arrests may lead to some new declarations in which they might implicate all the ones involved. They hope that these guys are not as though as Joran and might give away some important information.

I totally agree with you. Just read the foxnews website, I donot agree with all they have written. I am finding that foxnews is extremely bias with their information, I donot trust them....except may be GRETA, she is still level headed with here information, tries to be less bias.

I wonder if the poly guy who was brought in last week, if he gave poly to all the girls who come forward to write a report against Joran....

I still do not believe Kalpoe brothers are involved in NH's dissappearance, I agree with what Satish's lawyer has said, their alibi still makes sense, until proven otherwise

MSNBC is saying that new information in the Natalee Holloway case lead to the arrest of the brothers. Satish's attorney says that he thinks part of the arrest comes from the new allegations, which may be true as well.

I bet you those Kalpoes and the Sloot boy and others played a criminal role in Natalie's disappearance. Joran is a teenage gangster who gambles, drinks and party heavily.That has been proved beyond doubt.He hanged around MB students for 5 days at HI. Is this by coincidence or by plan. He follows them to C&C just on the last 2-3 hrs before C&C closes probaly because he phoned and someone at C&C told him MB students had invaded the bar. The boys had a gang rape of a tourist girl in mind for a long time but all they needed was a perfect victim. Natalee fell into their trap. After the rape they probaly killed Natalee to destroy evidence.A simmilar incident occured in Australia when a gang of drunk teenagers went out to pick a girl for gang rape. The gang had 5 boys made up of 3 Murphy boys, a Muddock boy and a Traver who was the gang leader. They ubducted one Anita Cobby, a beautiful nurse and all boys ruthlessly had all forms of rape and buttering on her and finally decided to kill her to ensure they won't be implicated.They used a knife to slit her throat and dumbed her body in a farm paddock.Through dedicated and very creative police work they were discovered and through police creativity the boys confessed everything including evidence. Such creativity by detectives and dedication lacks on Natalee's case. Seach internet under 'The murder of Anita Cobby'. Since Natalee's case i have been searching the internet for serial rapists and murderers and that's how I came across this. Take note: teen gangsters are dangerous, they can do anything.
