i would like to say 2 things...

when this girl was asked if joran displayed any traits that people are claiming he may have, her eyes went down and almost her entire head. then, after she answered that question, she gave a "pssssssst" noise...like a toungue clicking with your upper mouth kind of noise....kinda like the same noise one of the mb girls who was on greta kept doing after certain questions that she was asked. usually it was a question about drinking or anything going on in c& c's...say what you want, but to me it's the kind of sound one makes when they know they are not truthful with what they are saying and in some way angry that the question was asked to begin with. it's a sound many teenage people make when they are trying to get around something...it's a sound a cheating girlfriend makes to her boyfriend who just busted her...it's a reversal of responsibility. you could smell what that sound means 99 times out of 100. just my opinion, but from what i observed from that girl, she would have said joran was a saint regardless.

Despite the botched investigation and possible cover-up and corruption, I think Juron will eventually be convicted in a court of law or be killed by someone angered by this case.

If he is released and not prosecuted, over time, the truth will come out and the next time he is drunk or high, he will speak. Over time, the truth cannot be hidden.

My 2 cents - this is again another person coming forward to state positive comments about Joran and his family. She and her mother impressed me and were able to back up their claimed relationship with many photos.

I saw nothing ugly or ill intended, stating that Ms. Twitty is grasping. With no evidence of a crime and nearly 3 months into the disappearance with 6 of 7 arrested persons released for lack of evidence, of course she's grasping. So would anyone.

So far no one seems able to produce ugly or sinister recollections of the prime suspect, so I'm assuming this is a nice kid - at least up until the night in question.

Dan Abrams was alarmingly patronizing at times, but the fact is this mother and daughter know the suspect and his family and Dan Abrams does not. So in this matter Dan is the neophyte and the mother and daughter are the experts.

I am not sure what happened to TJ Ward. I think he is no longer on the island. Whether he is still working for the family is unknown but I cannot imagine him to be a very effective investigator if he can't work on the island any longer. They warned him on at least four seperate occasions about his remarks to the press and his work visa status on the island. If he had applied for a work visa on Aruba they would have taken a very substantial portion of his pay in taxes. He said some pretty crazy things during his interview on Scarborough. He was hired by the Family. I read up on him a bit. He was a cop 25 years ago. He has six people on his investigation staff. He works out of his home. Lately he has been consulting with companies on the impact of the Patriot Act on Business. He primarily does work for attorneys in divorce cases and investigates employees for corporations. He likes being a private investigator because he is not subject to the same code of ethics that he believes ties the hands of law enforcement. He also says the money is much better. He claims to have generated over a million dollars in business in 2000. In the same article he goes on to describe some of the methods of disguise and deception he uses help solve case. There is also two other comapanies by the same name. One in New York. But those are much larger groups with much more diverse investigatory services and aggregate experience.

As far as Art Wood goes he works for the newspaper Diario and Jossy and Eduardo Mansur. He used to work for the secret service. He seems to really care about the investigation. But personally I distrust any private investigator that would talk with the media. It kind of defeats the purpose of being private.

If people want to help they should send as much loot as they can to AmSouth Bank in Birmingham because I think the family is rapidly depleting the search trust as they do their best to turn up the heat on the suspects and the investigators.

Well woop te do! If the Crown has no evidence then he should be released. I think the brothers have not been rearrested because the Crown has no case and the Ministry of Justice is well aware of the fact. They are buying time with Joran to keep the case clock running. I think some people should be careful that they are not seeking revenge rather than justice. You say Joran is guilty, then put up your hard evidence or shut up. He has a right to be judged by Her Majesty's COURT SYSTEM being a Dutch citizen and he has to prove nothing, the Crown does.

On September 5, I plan to mail him a check to contribute to his college fund and to congratulate him on being released by Due Process of LAW.
