The latest information we have in the investigation is that the police are actively looking for a K-Swiss style shoe - size 14 that belongs to Joran van der Sloot.
Now the police have information that he lost either one or both of his shoes that early morning in which Natalee disappeared. That would be the 30th of May.
The witness by the landfill tells us that he was sitting in his car and he saw a white pick-up truck drive in, their were 3 occupants and 2 of them got out. Picked up a trash can plastic bag, the black ones, the big ones and they carried it over to where this whole bunch of other bags and rubble was. Now when they were doing that, he says that some blond hair fell out of the bag because the bag was not properly sealed and that he could see parts of human body and then he saw them dig a little among the rubble that was there already and then place this bag there then covered with some other near by lying bags and then put a small pool, plastic pool that babies swim in or bathe in on top of it and then put some more stuff and then walked away.
He also told us that there was another car outside of the cyclone fence, looking on. The man in that car stepped out, he stood by the fence and looked at the whole proceeding's.
We do believe him because from the beginning he has been reliable with his story and it does fit the description we got from another witness between the Holiday Inn and the Marriott Hotel. The letter that we received is from the wife of the person with whom this guy was on the beach with between the Holiday Inn and Marriott wrote us because she was getting a annoyed that no one was paying attention to the declaration that this man gave to her husband at the hotel.
I will read it for you... The day after Natalee was missing a person called Barbeshe (Bar-Be-she) told a story that the night before he saw 3 people in front of the Holiday Inn with a girl's body. That they tried to take a towel from one the "walks fence's" (really hard to understand him here - sounds like he says "water sports dance or fence") to wrap the body and they could not get it down. Then one of them went to the garbage cans at the Holiday Inn and pulled the bags out and wrapped the body, then put her in the white pick-up and left. They went out and turned left towards the lighthouse and turned off on a dirt road and dug a hole and put her in it and threw out the shovel. He also said he told the police and they sent him on a 4 wheeler to try and find, locate the spot and he had been threatened by these people. This person has been seen on the beach everyday has no longer been seen after this and was known to be there daily.

What I find odd is that this missing guy saw the 3 men in the truck bury her, so did he follow them or was he actually part of the 3 men who buried her? Where is he?

Where is this lady's husband?

Was Natalee really dug up along with the black plastic garbage bag and then dumped in the landfill because this one guy saw them bury her on Tuesday near the lighthouse?

Then again 3 men in a white pick-up are seen dumping what looks like a body in a black plastic garbage bag in the landfill on Wednesday by another witness who was at the landfill.

On a related topic, I must ask you a question. If the USA is the home of the brave, why does one little attack in fifty years scare you all to pieces? If they see an American people unchanged and unafraid (though more vigilant) they will know that their tactics will get them nowhere. The war situation is critical, and most of us know it. I support the troops, and I cannot tell you how worried I am about them. However, Bush chose to enter a country that we should have stayed out of. Now, we are all suffering the consequences. God bless you, and I pray your situation improves.

FYI – Something bad happened at SM. SM was not sabotaged by the lions or dirtyhand. Because it got so many posts and grew so quickly, it’s backup system wasn’t large enough to back up everything. But the backup system didn’t bother to tell anyone this with a message such as, “I’m only backing up half of your stuff. I thought that you might like to know this.” Instead, like some of the staff at CnC’s, the backup system pretended that everything was ok. The SM admins discovered the problem during routine maintenance. They took the database down for dusting. When they went to restore the last backup and found that it and most previous backups were missing most stuff. As one admin said, “We were horrified when we realized that something bad happened last night.”

The German error message comes from the ISP is not unusual.

Sol's question....don't you think that PVDS would've retrieved the body from the landfill to ensure that no legal authority would find it? I hope there's some credibility to this story, but I REALLY doubt it as the body would still be somewhat preserved in garbage bags...those boys can't be that stupid, can they? Start over and arrest the Kalpoes and the daddy VDS. Get some experienced investigators in to ask the questions as to what happened to the girl. If they dont cooperate, then leave them in prison until they are ready to tell the truth. Even if it is inadmissable, use a lie detector machine. Four guilty people-Paul VDS,the Kalpoe brothers and Joran. Charges range from kidnapping,murder,obstruction of justice and lying to the police. Take their houses,cars and all their possessions away. Hold their bank accounts until the Holloway Family is paid back for all their expenses while in Aruba. Make the these four men wear pink prison jumpsuits. They deserve it!

Do you think Scott Peterson was guilty Lynn? If we upheld the innocent till proven guilty statement in that case he would be a free man right now because there was not enough evidence to convict him but the jury did.

I think in the Scott Peterson case we may not be aware of all the evidence that the jury was presented witt. I didn't sit in that deliberation room and I'm assuming you didn't either. Yes, he was innocent until proven guilty and evidently the jury saw enough "evidence" to convict him.

No I wasn't there but I know what the prosecutors said they had in regards to physical and DNA evidence which was none other than the hair on the anchor in the boat. The rest was all circumstancial. The jury reached a verdict of guilty it was not proven he was guilty there wasn't enough evidence to PROVE he was. This has been talked about alot since that case. But because it was such a terrible crime people are willing to overlook there was resonable doubt there becuase 95% of the country thought he was guilty. But this is teh NH board I will not discuss this anymore.

I watched the news last night too and I did NOT hear Miller say PVDS was "shaking in his boots" I heard him say he was yelling and shaking.....as in pissed off, angry.

Anyone feel like this whole "find Joran's big important shoe" focus of the last several days is a complete waste of time. Finding it in any of the places he said he has been will only confirm that he was, and with all of the stories he has told I don't have a doubt that he wasn't at all those places that night. So why the huge focus on the huge shoe? Are they doing all this in the hopes that it has blood on it or something?

LE just seems to have blinders on regarding that shoe at the moment. Just another frustration of mine at the moment and my $.02.

It is really counter-productive to slander Beth or Dave. Who is to say what you might do as a parent. I would be unglued, unbalanced and ballistic knowing if my beautiful daughter was missing. They are both a class act and have different roles in the investigation. We might take a moment to praise their efforts, instead of denegrating their actions. We all make mistakes. I have total RESPECT for both Beth and Dave. It is a pity that Natalee has not been found. Name calling has never helped anyone. Give it a rest folks and look for the positive. I can't imagine the anguish, frustration, hopes up and down, that are dashed must be doing to them. May a kind and loving Heavenly Father comfort them during this time. I will be saddened should they have to just let it go, just as John Walsh and his wife have had to do with no body of the son Adam. Kindness should be extolled to them both.
