They won't get fined. Fox News is cable. It's out of the FCC's jurisdiction.

Who in the video is being interviewed? It looks like people gathering outside one of the shelter areas; where did the interview take place?

I was watching and heard this earlier. Sheppard Smith from Fox News is on location on a cell phone at the French Quarter. He is telling the other Fox News comentator in the studio that there are people everywhere, that are just walking around like nothing is going on. Apparantley he stops someone and asks them why, while on the cell phone. No cameras there at that time.

I do not find it funny at all. If it were me doing the interview i would have kicked some serious ass...and would have been fired ! What a jerk off scumbag he was.
JMO !

I'm a little confused regarding prior comments. What did the news guy do that was so offensive? I mean, he asked a legit question, didn't he?
As for the person responding, wonder if he'll have the same answer in a few hours. IMO...a smartass.....

Don't ask if you don't want to know! Funny. Lots of people riding this out for different reasons. There always are those who chose to stay behind, their right if they are willing to take the consequences.

Let me re-phrase that.....
A dumb-ass

Anna...
Where are all the posters? Under what post?

And they will suffe the consequences. The rescue requests that were on the ham radio during Ivan in the Pensacola area were so sad. Repeated requests for help, people in their attics, on tops of roofs, and the response from emergency personnel...I'm sorry but we are unable to sen anyone at this time, we will send someone as soon as possible when the storm passes. People who didn't evacuate are foolish, those that couldn't well..God Bless.

Stick a bar of soap in his mouth- stick him outside when the rain comes. Wash his potty mouth out. A very weak attempt at humor

With all the horror of this storm we should all take a time out every now and then and have a chuckle. This is in no way to offend anyone, but I thought it was cute !!
