Curious Activity At Van der Sloot Home

The image at right is an overhead view of the home of Joran Van der Sloot, currently being held as a suspect in the Natalee Holloway disappearance. Ironically, as this picture was snapped the Van der Sloot parents, Paul(us) and Anita both happened to be outside.

A link to a larger image below shows Paul(us) v d Sloot talking to an indivdual who appears to have arrived in a furniture truck. Anita can be clearly seen making her way from the house towards Paul(us) and the other individual. What appear to be items of furniture can be seen, as well.

It has not been confirmed as to whether or not the Van der Sloots are planning a move. Some sources suggest they may be selling off furniture to pay for legal expenses accrued through a drawn out investiigation involving their eldest son. ALso, the family may have simply decided it was time for some new furniture.

I don't see it the way you have described it. I see 4 people in the picture and Anita not walking, rather standing talking to the 4th person. That 4th person is taller than her with fair hair and a light greenish shirt standing directly in front of her.

I find it very difficult to beleive that all the comments made by PvdS, JvdS, the Cheif of Polis are more libel that Beth Twitty's statements and the fact that the Kalpoe's were washing their car outside with a witness noticing is more libel again than Beth's comments. I read on aruba.com that the attorney is still considering a lawsuit against her - obviously someone has to pay the legal fees and the brothers are broke.

I always thought that perhaps Satish was the weak link.

After what I hard about PVDS first from Greta/beth about the sweating.

then Dave when he met PVDS outside of the jail, PVDS was sweating and crying.

Now, from Tim PVDS sweating and a resounding NO where neighbors heard him.

I got to think that PVDS is the weak link.

More pressure need to be applied to PVDS, MAYBE HE WOULD NOT ONLY SWEAT AND CRY, MAYBE HE WILL URINATE ON HIMSELF.

We got "stiffed" by three guests last night: Steve Croes (search), his mother and a lawyer for the Holloway (search) family. All three said they would do the show and failed to show (the lawyer called... but it is the third or fourth time that she has done that to us.) Frankly "no shows" is not unusual in this business — it is disruptive to our planning but never fatal.

I have my theory on Steve Croes and his mother — that they were offered money from another show (a network show, not cable news) and we don't pay our guests to appear. My guess is that the show that paid them told them not to do our show so as to dilute their interview. My theory is not totally wild, since I ran into the network show anchor and producer at the Croes house at about 4 p.m. when we were reassured that Steve and his mother would appear. But alas, that happens... I am not disturbed by it. We had much more to discuss.

even if they find natalees body now what can they prove? probably nothing because she will be so decomposed and also the 3 boys will just do what they are doing now refusing to confess and without a confession what do you have here? nothing. they will just say "hey we left her somewhere and some other bad person came along and got her" in scott petersons case, there was no forensics either or confession but you had ALL those recordings of him lying and lying and it didn't take a genius to figure out what happened there and where laci was......and her washing up right where he was "fishing" sealed the deal.............but this - whatever evidence they could have had they lost and apparantley nobody in aruba seems overly appaled at how many times their stories have changed - but they did get a bit huffy at the kalpoes being called "criminals" funny, we saw no protesters wrapped in flags and holding signs when those boys got the 2 guards locked up by lying.......

Dennis, the interview was taken the 28th of June, so thats quite some time ago. Actually, I should have to see it again to remember what was said exactly. What I remember was that according to him Joran was not guilty of what he was charged, he explained why Joran was lying in the first place and said how the first visit of the Twittys [at night] went and how the misunderstandings of that night started.
Hes not an easy talker but he sounded gentle and genuine.

Paul VDS's term is up in January of 2006. That was reported on FOX. He is on paid leave though.
