Prosecutor Takes To The Air

An Aruban prosecutor has boarded a plane to America with the file on the Natalee Holloway disappearance. There will be a hearing tomorrow to determine if the information can be shared with the FBI.

Well, if the prosecutor lands and is met by the FBI tonight sometime, then what can Aruba do? I mean if the handover occurs before their injunction trials, then what can they do? Do you honestly think any judges will be granted an injunction given this came down from Holland?

I agree. Seems like it is a fruitless effort on the defense. Besides, why are they so up in arms. Clearly a sign they are worried and if they are so innocent, why the concern?

One good reason for concern would be if they were not the last to see Natalee but know that it looks like they were. A possibility.

JURISDICTION? FEAR OF SOMETHING THAT COULD BE CONSTRUED AS LINKING THEIR CLIENTS? APPEARANCES SO THEY CAN SHOW THEY ATTEMPTED TO PUT UP A GOOD DEFENSE SHOULD THERE BE A TRIAL. LATER USED TO OBJECT TO THE ADMISSION OF THE EVIDENCE AT TRIAL BECAUSE IT WAS OBTAINED AND VIEWED FOR ?TESTING? BEFORE A JUDGE HEARD THE ARGUMENTS? Anyone's guess

Well, my comment to that clincarter is that had they been truthful all along, then they would have no reason to be concerned. It is only because of all their lies that they would have a reason to be so concerned (even if they were innocent). All they had to do was be honest and then they wouldn't be in their mess. They made their beds>>>>

I think anyone going to "any" foriegn country in the future should really consider studying the government of the country in which they are planning on going to visit just for their own protection.
What if you are your family members were in the same situation and Beth Holloway in a foreign country. It could happen to anyone, anytime. You just never know !
Its just something to consider for your own well being.

I do not know if the FBI can really help to brig this case to a conclusion or not with their views of the evidence they are being presented with. In all likihood they probably did not get everything.
There have been so many lies told and so many coverups from the get go. The whole thing is so very sad.
We can only "hope" something comes of the FBI helping out.
Hope the ground penatrating equipment helps out further as well.

Do you think if there was a cover up that any of the real incriminating evidence still exists? If you believe a cover up occurred it would make no sense for the people doing the covering up to hold on to it. Why keep it in the file?
