With the FBI in town and the lead prosecutor out of town, the heat seems to be rising under the Natalee Holloway investigation in Aruba.
One witness claims to be able to place all three boys at a popular racquetball club located approximately 200 yards from the Marriott Hotel where the boys first claimed to have dropped off Natalee Holloway.
If true, that report could clear up one longstanding concern with the boys story. The beaches around the hotels are known to be covered with people well into the night, it might have been preferable for the boys to have taken Natalee Holloway to a more discreet location, like a racquetball club, had they been seeking some privacy.
Unconfirmed reports suggest Joran Van der Sloot, an athlete and accomplished young tennis player, may have frequented the racquetball club a few times a week. It's unclear if he had 24/7 access, or if the club somehow acted as a possible after hours party location for some, even a small group without the knowledge of club management.
As to the where abouts of Natalee Holloway, it is at least suspected that some design may have gone into the handling of those details. It has been speculated that Paul(us) Van der Sloot, Joran's Father, may have played a role. If true, it is likely that his experience and expertise in the law may have led him to layer the puzzle surrounding the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.
By making arrangements to dispose of her body, or disposing of it himself, he may have insulated his young son from interrogators bent on getting to the truth by witholding details, even from his son. Also, given the emerging details of where the boys may have actually been that night, it is possible that they did bury her initially in the sand, as an alleged early confession suggested, with the body having been re-located some time later. Developing. See below.
NBC News has learned that there is a new witness in the case. This witness claims to know where Holloway's body was placed. The witness is reportedly cooperating with Aruban police. No other details about the witness or what that person witnessed is available.
This post is also available at Blogger News Network.

God forbid we question the Aruban police or government, but...there is an eyewitness that claims to have seen the Kalpoes and Joran together, acting suspiciously, at a time when, according to all 3 of them in sworn testimony, they were not together. Then why aren't they back in jail? If "eyewitness testimony" can land someone in jail on the suspicion of a crime in Aruba, as it did the two black security guards early in the investigation, why aren't the Kalpoes behind bars right now? I can't believe Jesse Jackson hasn't plastered himself to this.

Forget Jesse Jackson. Bring in Minister Louis Farakan and a million man march. Now THAT will generate some much needed media attention on this case. I swear before god that this as become the most absurd coverage of a missing person in the history of missing person investigations.

This theory of the boys blocking the road near the racquetball club at 2:30 a.m. sure makes those reputed 4 a.m. telephone calls confusing.

Hmmmmm. I wonder if the Kalpoes car ever went anywhere near the Tennis Club in the days after the Aruban police had rigged it with a GPS and were monitoring it so closely. My guess is the FBI will find out the car and the suspects were not actually monitored at all.....

The most constructive thing that likely could be done at this point is for the PI working with the Holloway/Twitty group is to run that voice stress analysis on these new "witnesses" and to hook himself up to that machine when he gives media interviews with a split screen showing the graphic results of his interview content.

...one more thing
IMHO I think the seized computer is a loaded gun. I don't think Joran or the Kalpoes anticipated a home computer being taken. You can find a multitude of sins on that hard drive.
My instincts tell me this is one piece of evidence they have and also the text records.

Media reports have lead the interested public to believe that Joran called Deepak at abt 2:40 am on his cell phone and then at abt 3:20 am sent Deepak a text message. I wonder if any of that was verfied by LE before that bit of information was given to the media. If this is just what Deepak was saying, it is not worth the paper and ink it took to print the story, or the air it took for the TV talking head to say those words.

To AkekoaHoAlethia and Roy and any Arubans reading
I think Aruba is Great!
I Have never been there but it looks beautifull!
I have to depend on the opinions of others and I have never heard anyone including the Holloways and Twittys ever say anything negative about the poeple of Aruba. In fact all I have heard is how wonderfull, kind, generous, and caring they are.
Unfortunately there are evil people everywhere and even the most peacefull places have some crime. That includes everywhere in America.
The only people responsible for this crime are the people who did it.
WE DONT BLAME YOU
I think when this is over however you might want
to investigate how this was handled by the police, to make certain that there Van Der Straten, who is a close friend of Paulus VDS did not purposely steer the investigation in the wrong direction for the first ten days. And once again if he did that is NOT the fault of the wonderfull people of Aruba.
Let me assure you that I would love to visit Aruba
someday. If I never went anywhere where a crime was commited I wouldn't have very many places to visit!
Peace & Love

To quote:
"... Van der Sloot is said to have claimed he had fallen asleep with Natalee on the beach, woke up and then left. He also is reported to have alleged that Deepak Kalpoe then went back, raped and murdered the young girl.'
"...I found the version of events attributed to Joran Van der Sloot and related by Jossy Mansur on Fox News tonight to be possibly the most credible version of events that night I've heard to date."
Respectfully. I don't find this version to be credible because of the timing. At 1:40, Deepak was seen entering a bar down the street from Carlos & Charlies.
By 2:40, they've been to the lighthouse, had relations, driven back to the beach, fallen asleep, awoke, called Kalpoe for a ride, Deepak has gone back killed and buried Natalee ... all in an hour?
Do you really think this Joran version is credible?

THolloway: Who gave you that time of 2:40 am?
Could have been Deepak you know. I don't know what the true timeline is, but the 2:40 bit has not confirmed by cell phone records or cell phone tracking to my knowledge. Cell phone tracking is what is going to prove which cell phone tower Deepack was closest to at 2:40 am.

For Natalee:
I have to ask this one question. If this were a case where someone from Aruba came to the U.S. on a high school trip of some kind, and one of their students was killed at the hands of some young people here. How would Aruba officials expect the US to handle our citizens who according to our laws, are innocent until proven guilty, even if someone could provide leads.
Why is the Arubian government not cooperating completely with the FBI?? I would like to guess that the high official who is also a father is protecting his son, Joran, even though, Paul knows that his son is somehow involved.
What about the owner of the boat who claims he never saw Natalee, but I am no psychic, but I do know they are all lying.
Aruba is a small island with lots of clues.
1. The man in the boat who claims he was not involved, but is a good friend of Paul, the father.
2. The duct tape that conveniently washes up on the shore of the island. Anyone who knows ocean currents, can figure out that the duct tape came from Natalee's hands and/or mouth that was taped shut so she could not scream.
3. The ship that is sunk near the island of Aruba is where I believe Natalee has been placed.
4. First, when the savages finished beating and raping her, I believe they had buried her in a shalow grave, but then, when they thought no one was looking, they dug her up and moved her body in the boat and dropped her off into the water at the area nearest the sunken ship.
5. On occasion, I have dreams and visions of girls who have been lost or murdered, and I am able to pick up feelings from these victims who are barely alive or speaking from the spirit world.
6. I hear Natalee telling me that her body is where the seagulls go to rest, and that the duct tape came from where her mouth was covered so she would not scream when Deepak was beating her.
7. If the Dutch investigators have nothing to hide, then they will not mind having some divers go down and explore the deep water on the same side of the sunken ship, that is also coming from the hotel nearest where the boat is usually sitting with its anchor in water.
8. The new witness that claims to know about Natalee at the Racquet club, does not know what happened to Natalee, but claims that these men took her to the Racquet club. Why? I see no connection at all. I don't believe they would be stupid enough to take her there, when they had a boat, they had an entire island, they had Joran's yard of his home which has been searched completely.
9. Why don't you ask them first, how they had access to Natalee's bracelet. She lost it in a struggle, or another souvenir for Joran to try to say he had nothing to do with it. I gues she willingly gave it up when they were beating her up.
10. If you ask me, I think the souvenir panties
that Deepak kept, that have souvenir spots of her virginal blood and are buried in a plastic bag in Joran's back yard. My apologies to Natalee's parents for the way I wrote this down. I am just trying to express what I feel from the bits and pieces of information gathered from the attack on Natalee.
11. Again, I apologize to Natalee's parents for the horrible way I wrote this, and I pray that she is found with these bits of information, and that these men are sent to the US to serve their time, because the inmates in US prisons will not let them be at peace once they are in with the main group of inmates at any prison facility.
May you, parents of Natalee, soon find peace and be able to have her be buried in your own hometown instead of a watery grave.
God Bless You, Natalee.

" THolloway: Who gave you that time of 2:40 am?"
That came from Jossy in the FOX interview. His exact words were "... between 2:30 and 3:00 am, a little closer to 2:30 than to 3."

You may all be wrong. This may well be a case of international kidnapping.
When I first read of the discovery of pieces of duct tap stuck to a tree in Aruba, I got the horrible thought that Natalee had been tied up with the stuff, thrown into a boat, and taken to the mainland to be used in a brothel.
Duct tape would be a very effective, fast, and easy way to bind a kidnap victim. It would also be plastered across her mouth to prevent her from screaming.
The discovery of more duct tape on the seashore with blond hair attached tends to confirm my suspicions. This is where the struggling girl would have been forced onto a boat.
The abduction theory would explain the need for the numerous conflicting stories concocted by the suspects. The father, Paul Van Sloot, is almost certainly a part of the plot, and may well have planned the kidnapping, since it has been reported that he was short of money. It might be instructive to examine the bank records of the suspects to see if any large deposits have been made.
If tests confirm that the hair came from Natalee, or if the tests are inconclusive, the best course of action for her family would be to send copies of the reward announcement with her picture and the family's contact information in confidence to every police office in South America. These could be sent by E-mail, if the addresses can be obtained.
Do not do public announcements--that would alert her captors and they would hide or dispose of her.
The corrupt police officials in SA would turn in their own mothers for that kind of money. I predict that immediately after receipt of the reward information they would raid every brothel in the country. Then, hopefully, Mom Beth Twitty would receive a joyous phone call.
