New Witness In Natalee Holloway Case Claims To Know Where Her Body Is Located

With the FBI in town and the lead prosecutor out of town, the heat seems to be rising under the Natalee Holloway investigation in Aruba.

One witness claims to be able to place all three boys at a popular racquetball club located approximately 200 yards from the Marriott Hotel where the boys first claimed to have dropped off Natalee Holloway.

If true, that report could clear up one longstanding concern with the boys story. The beaches around the hotels are known to be covered with people well into the night, it might have been preferable for the boys to have taken Natalee Holloway to a more discreet location, like a racquetball club, had they been seeking some privacy.

Unconfirmed reports suggest Joran Van der Sloot, an athlete and accomplished young tennis player, may have frequented the racquetball club a few times a week. It's unclear if he had 24/7 access, or if the club somehow acted as a possible after hours party location for some, even a small group without the knowledge of club management.

As to the where abouts of Natalee Holloway, it is at least suspected that some design may have gone into the handling of those details. It has been speculated that Paul(us) Van der Sloot, Joran's Father, may have played a role. If true, it is likely that his experience and expertise in the law may have led him to layer the puzzle surrounding the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

By making arrangements to dispose of her body, or disposing of it himself, he may have insulated his young son from interrogators bent on getting to the truth by witholding details, even from his son. Also, given the emerging details of where the boys may have actually been that night, it is possible that they did bury her initially in the sand, as an alleged early confession suggested, with the body having been re-located some time later. Developing. See below.

NBC News has learned that there is a new witness in the case. This witness claims to know where Holloway's body was placed. The witness is reportedly cooperating with Aruban police. No other details about the witness or what that person witnessed is available.

Such happiness, such promise for the future, going from the high school colors to the new college colors. Perhaps that's why this story tugs so at my heart. I feel for this family in their recent joy and now this tragedy. I cannot phathom the depth of it. My son is tall like Joran, broad shouldered and athletic as he is.

Catherine Crier on Court TV doing an episode on the latest breaking news with Jossy and Geoffrey Feigher!

Jossy said "our people found him" he signed under oath and the police are very satisfied with what he said. Between 2:30 and 3 he was DRIVING past. Joran was behind the wheel driving. One of the Kalpoe brother was beside him and one was in the back.

Catherine asks: Did he know them?

To pass them he had to practically touch the car to pass it.

He was afraid because it was high profile, appearance in court, publicity, before judges.

He knew what time because he looked at his watch, left the home at 2:30 but closer to 2:30 than to 3:00.

He has no reason to INVENT anything. The witness is married with children.

The road was parked "blocking the way" near the racket club, the road circles the racket club.

Feigher says that unless they find her body in the water near the racketball area or find her body, a defense is not a problem.

OK - I see that on the SM page BOTH statements are listed.. The second is just down on the page.

This may be just a "translation to english" problem.
I have done translation from some other languages and there are always problems in determining the correct wrod. I do not know exactly here.

"Going in a car" could possibly be "loosely and incorrectly translated into "walking" .. I will have to see the sources for this if possible.

Very good point Glenda, somethiing I have been thinking myself. I'm sure there are numerous tourist girls who have been seduced by Joran..either successfully or unsuccessfully and I hope they speak out. I'm really surprised we haven't heard from anyone yet. I guess those he was successful with don't want to put a spotlight on their sexlife and those he wasn't might be embarassed to be associated with him. Dr. Lee says the hard drive you can get the exact time, the original message and any files that were deleted and get all the information out. Also, geographic information, pinpoint any additional information on the computer to develop a profile of the user.

TJ Ward said they followed up on the new information. 7 weeks ago a woman witnessed the boys about 10 PM 3 or 4 times around going in and out of the racket club. They believe the boys were following up to see if the body was still there.

The new witness, a woman living in the neighborhood of the racketball club, Described the car to a "T" and also the boys in the car and the car that was seen by the other witness who went to the police yesterday regarding the night of the 29th into the 30th.

Vito Colucci, Former Stamford, CT Detective says that the reward weeds out people. Says people are more inclined to talk to PI rather than police.

I was trying to type as fast as I could Dennis.

So to clarify, TJ Ward got the information from the new witness Jossy tracked down, the man with a family who passed the boys on this road around 2:30 in the morning. They were in the middle of the road and he had to drive around them. He drove slowy around them because they were blocking the road and it was so close to the boys car it was as if the cars might "touch". He spotted Joran in the driver's seat, one brother on the other side and one in the backseat. They all ducked. Joran covered his face, the one in the passenger seat turned away and the one in the back got down in the back seat (like slumping down). Based on this information, TJ Ward scoured the neighborhood seeing if anyone else saw anything...they did.

A woman identified the car giving a description of the car seen driving in and out the day after Natalee disappeared. This was about 10 PM in the evening. She saw the car coming and going about 3 or 4 times. TJ showed her a picture and she possitively identified the car and said the boys that she had seen on tv were in the car.

The male witness also stated that on TV he saw the boys and recognized them as the ones in the car.

He did not come forward for reasons I previously posted.

Also the pond near the racketball clubhouse has not been searched. Dr. Henry Lee stated he would recommend they drain it to preserve evidence rather than drag it.

What this does, even without a body, is places them away from where they reported to police they were...at home by 2:30.

I think I see an arrest AGAIN in the very near future, perhaps tomorrow, of the Kalpoe brothers.

Joran's little world has basically come to an end. He didn't spend much money on gambling...it was a means to an end. Living in a resort country like he does, he had a constant inflow of young American girls who probably loosened up a bit while on vacation. Let's face it. If Joran had Natalee ready to go have sex with him, he would have taken her to his apartment. His mom wasn't home and he had the perfect set up. I would bet Natalee passed out from GHB before they got to his house and all three of them had their way with her. She wouldn't wake up, wouldn't breathe...so they disposed of her...somehow, someway. The beach is a likely place to say they left her because it was nearby and a lot of things could have happened to her there.

I hope the truth comes out soon. I would love to interrogate the little wimps myself. They will get their due someday and I hope we all get to see it happen.

I can't believe we haven't heard more from the students who were on the trip with Natalee. I'm sure these kids didn't live in a bubble where they didn't party every weekend. I'm not sure if it is the personality of the ones interviewed or if it is that they are hiding something, but the answers these kids give don't seem very believable. There is NOT a prked seen.
There is NOT a moving car seen. (except severalcars driving on a distant roadway)

All that is seen is a moving picture, appearantly taken from a moving vehicle (not ever seen in the video) just looking out the window at an empty desert field and empty dirt road with a small building in the distance as it moves slowly down that dirt road???!!!

I think this whole new “witness” that knows where the body is buried is pretty interesting. I would have thought that the only one who would know where the body is would be the one that put her there, no? Perhaps wonder of wonder Joran and the boys are actually innocent, and this is the person that actually did the deed? (I am not saying this is what I believe, it just makes me wonder.) He sees that the Twittys and the U.S. are just about ready to hang these guys, and what would be more perfect than to say he saw them around the Racquet Club and he believes the body is in that area, and then lo and behold, she is found! Another point-it is very difficult to bury a body in Aruba, it is just one big piece of coral rock, they even have to use special ground breakers to make graves, anyone will tell you, dig down five inches and you hit solid rock. This so called “witness” is a gardener by trade, so perhaps he knew where there was a current excavation for some landscaping where he could place a body. Just a few thoughts on the subject, after all, what do we have but his word?
Imagine, not only would he be a hero for helping to find the body and collecting $100,000, to boot! Perhaps that is why he hasn’t come forward sooner, perhaps now he feels the body and fluids are decomposed enough so it will be difficult to get any DNA evidence. Now is that not what LE usually says when they have hit dead end and can't make heads or tales of the case. The average Joe cop reaches out for the "mastermind theory" to explain why they cannot figure out an act carried out by a group of kids. Seems that the media has been chaseing rumors in a circle for about 7 weeks and now it is full steam ahead over the cliff of a new witness that Jossy dug up in his own backyard.
