New Witness Emerges In Natalee Holloway Case

On Fox News, Jossy Mansur is announcing that a new witness has come forward in the Natalee Holloway case.

The witness saw the car with Joran driving and pulled over between 2:30 and 3:00 AM the night of the disappearance. The boys tried to hide as the wirness drove by.

According to this witness they were by the racquetball club, not far from the Mariott.

it will be quite sickening if AMYONE knew where to find natalee and kept quiet until now because now they thinkt hey can get a reward since they are no longer only giving one foir her safe return but for location of body now too

It could lead two different directions:

1. they disposed of her body by then or had it in the trunk of the car or on the floor of the car out of view of the other driver.

2. they left her at a different location (rave party, casino?) and someone else has knowledge of what happened to her and they truly are innocent.

Either way, it is going to be really a challenging puzzle putting this together.

As far as the witness, it was someone scared to death to testify. That to me means he/she has been threatened.

I hope the PI can get more info on this soon.

Good post! People on tv were assuming JVDS and Kalpoes disposed of the body since witness didn't see NH at 2:30 when he spotted the three in the car. One can't assume NH wasn't in trunk or slumped over in backseat. P

Did anyone read the Scared Monkeys interview with Tim Miller (posted today)? Tim Miller said that Joran "admitted something went wrong and they buried Natalee in the sand." Is this a true statement - has anyone else heard that Joran actually said that?

I think that Joran is getting coached on what to say by his father! A HUGE (((game)))! It's sending all authorities and media on a "goose chase." How this young boy can sleep at night is beyond me! Knowing he was the last to see Natlalee and continuing to change his story on an ongoing basis is "wrong." Do the right thing already, would ya!!!!! If indeed his Father is coaching this young man - God help him!!!

Jossi tracked this guy down. I think the story is that when the Kalpoe brothers were in jail (or somewhere) playing some type of game, someone said to one of the brothers that his gardner saw the brothers and Joran at 2:30 in the morning in a pplace that was different from where the three have told LE they were during that time period. According to Jossi - one of hte brothers got upset and threw something down. It's taken this long form Jossi to track down this witness.

the thing that i cant seem to figure out, and most would probably agree regardless of what you think happened, is why people are either so afraid or just plain slow in coming out with the information that they have. i don't understand it. to me, its just another thing you chalk up as being "very strange" as it concerns this mystery.

1. How do we know this witness is telling the truth?

2. Why did he wait so long to come out?

3. If true, what does this prove?

4. We already know the boys are liars...

UPDATE 21:The attorney of the suspect Abraham Jones, Chris Lejuez, spoke in a live broadcast Monday afternoon and he confirmed personally what his client told him recently. This interview was conducted in Papiamentu and Hasibokos.com has compiled a summary of Lejuez' statements: Lejuez stated that his client did not know Joran van der Sloot before he saw him in his neighbouring cel. As Jones saw Joran crying in his cel, he did not know the reason why he was behind bars. Lejuez explained that he has no reason to doubt the story that his client told him. This is mainly because since his arrest, Jones has been secluded and Lejuez is conviced that Jones did not know about Joran until recently. Lejuez went on to say that Joran van der Sloot told his client that he did not go to the lighthouse with the Kalpoe brothers. Joran told Abraham Jones that after he left Carlos ‘N Charlies, he caught a ride home with the Kalpoe brothers and Natalee Holloway who was also in the car. Joran insists that the Kalpoes dropped him off at his home and drove off with Natalee in the car. It was only afterwards (a few days later), around the swimming pool at his house, that the Kalpoes made plans to come out with one version of the events. It has not been confirmed weather Joran has a swimming pool at his house. This could prove to be a crucial fact, because if Jones has never met Joran before he couldn’t have possibly known that Joran has a swimming pool at his home unless Joran had actually told him that. What makes the recent story of Joran van der Sloot interesting is that fact that he is saying now that he was dropped off at home and did not see Natalee after that. But he still collaborated with the Kalpoes afterwards as they allegedly conferred at his house around the pool.

ok, that was interesting - sounds like the hair is NOT hers according to Dutch labs. It will be interesting to see what results the FBI comes up with. Many of us felt it was not likely hers, but there is always that question until we hear from the FBI, who we have a greater faith in because we are more familiar with them.

Keep in mind that LE sources have leaked, and Deepaks laweyer has said that there is a cell phone call between Joran's and Deepak's cell phone at 2:40 am. Now how does that fit with this new eyewitness account of all three boys being in the same car by the Raquet Club at that time? This new story has a strong odor to it.

Again, like I said earlier, 125 students, parent chaperones, tropical island whose natives open boast of their party scene, it was only 12 midnight (there abouts)...many eyes.

I think that reward will go higher and with that we will see the beetles really start to sing. (something must motivate the person who has solid information to feel safe enough to come forward. Without witness protection, one would not feel safe. With FBI involvement where there is witness protection in the states, one would feel more comfortable)

satish may not have been with them..joran and deepak may have met up after they left joran and natalee on the beach....deepak and joran seem through the whole thing to be the main suspects..

He claimed Satish was in the car (saw all three of them and then Deepak who was in the backseat (I think he said he was the one in back) ducked down and tried to hide.

Another possibility is that they left Natalee at the JVS home so that PVS could be dealing with her.

How this fits in with all the phone activity is curious though.

I suppose this witness can't be any less credible than the suspects are right now given they have told so many lies. LOL! I just pray that this will be the break this case needs and that he is telling the truth.

I've often wondered if the VDS family has two cars? If Joran sneeked out after his dad went to bed, couldn't he have taken the keys to his mom's car - since she was out of town?

I haven't heard anyone mention whether or not Joran can drive. Does anyone know?

Did you catch the comment from Jug about wanting to know NH's whereabouts from 2 to 4am? He mentioned it twice, and it would seem that the family has 4am as a significant time. Is this the phone calls?

Well Joran legally cannot drive as you have to be 18 to get a license to drive in Aruba, but I am certain he probably knows how to drive. I get the impression he has driven Deepak's car before because Charles Croes said when they asked the group of kids about the car description, the kids called it "Joran's car". I suspect he drives it a lot. Makes me wonder if it was purchsed by Joran or something. Very odd.

Also, the VDS family has two cars. There was a blue stationwagon and a red jeep removed from their premises.

Not sure what to think about the phone calls, but we always suspected those were to cover their butts somehow. Plus, from what I remember reading, the two 4 AM calls were made from the same tower area, leading everyone to believe they were made from the same location. Another reason why everyone suspected they were phony calls.

Joran is 17 years old, but the legal driving age is 18 in Aruba. But he does have a car and drives it. This has been discussed in the media.

LE has said that cell phone tracking shows that his phone went back to the area of his home in the Haystack area of the island a bit after 2 am, but it also went back to the area of the Marriott sometime after that. I think this new story is something made up out of whole cloth.

i think you have made a valid point. perhaps the guards WERE INDEED strategically placed with the boys seperately. i really do believe the boys did not know who they were confessing to if this is the case and that the guards did not realize at first with whom they were talking.

i have heard millions of stories of scott peterson confessions in prison too. who knows if they are true or people wanting to sell their story to the enquirer? i don't know, but i will tell you that this is a small prison and a bizzare coincidence all in one. i find it hard to believe that with everyone coming out saying "everyone knows everyone" there as a defense as to how the brothers and joran are linked (and not as better friends) and that the guards and the boys are all allegedly into "selling drugs" that the guards and the boys did not also know each other

but that is JMO!

I have been watching MSNBC and they had a news break where they said, "new witness knows where the body of Natalee Holloway is." Has anyone else heard this? Is this the same witness who had the gardener, or has the media just reported it wrong again?!
