A second new witness told a private investigator hired by Holloway's family that she saw van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers drive into the Racquet Club three times that same night. The woman, who lives near the nightclub, has not yet spoken with investigators, he said.

The truth is, there is no definite proof of anything that has been given to the public. so we can only assume and guess.

I believe all three are involved in this crime and there may be someone else that we do not know about. I wonder if there is an older person involved and is masterminding this crime. This crime is just too perfect for these young boys and it makes me suspicious. This is my thoughts and of course not based on evidence since we have nothing that has been given to the public. At some point the other person will be discovered. We shall see.

Kalpoe brothers will be rearrested for murder. Seems that they murdered and buried her. But i could not find where the evidence for this was. So this latter piece of info is still soft.

The media has nothing to do with what happened to Natalee, Joran and the Kalpoe bros did.

It's not "knowitallism". It's called REALITY.

I don't need to think outside the box because the media has no bearing on this investigation...NOW! As for what happened that night, there is no reason to think outside the box when you are dealing with a 17 year old, a 19 year old and a 21 year old in desperate need of an alibi and a place to dispose of a body in the course of a couple hours.

Kap-why the anger and name-calling against anyone with whom you do not agree? Perhaps "the jig" is truly "up," or perhaps there is more to the jig than that which we are currently aware. BTW - Susan Candiati on CNN said the other day that there is no actually source of all the "confessions."

I DO agree with Kap that no one should be posting information without sources unless it is clearly qualified as opinion only. There is enough misinformation and personal theory quoted as fact already.

I think when this is resolved it may hold attention until final sentencing of the perpetrators. Like all high-profile cases - people will eventually lose interest (i.e., Polly Klaas, etc.). Hopefully, if Natalee has been murdered then some new legislation or awareness will come out of this.....maybe travel safety or something. I don't know...hopefully this will not be in vain. I think this blog is strong and many people will return to discuss future cases or issues.

Do we know if there is an active sex slave trade working out of venezuela? Has anyone looked into the possiblity that maybe these guys did leave her, but possibly she was taken by a 3rd party because she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, perhaps in a drugged or alcohol induced state, making her surroundings hazy. I know it sounds far fetched but perhaps scouts from such slave trades come to these islands to pray on those "young teens" who come for such celebrations and have too much fun. Does anyone know of any statistics or stories of such occurances? I know in Cancun, we were told not to stray outside the main strip because of the danger that lurks and the problems with corruption within the police system. Perhaps this is the same for Aruba?

I also cannot locate any info on the Holloways statement that a body has NOT been found....Like jmp I could not locate any such info on Scared Monkeys.

Question- if the three boys were at the raquet club between 2:30 & 3:00 and home to email with eachother after 3:00... how does this explain the phone call ("Are you calling home?") that Beth received around 4 on her cell which she has said had the same noises as in the background as she heard at the VDS house the night she arrived and showed up there in the night? If they put her in the pond or disposed of the body prior to 3-- this contradicts this phone thing. Any thoughts on this anyone?

Kap...I agree with you about facts--let's not use sensationalized headlines (i.e. body found, etc.)in lieu of facts. The facts in the case (so far as we know) are simple:

1. Natalee Holloway is missing.
2. Joran van der Sloot admits to being alone with her on the beach.
3. Van der Sloot has changed his story numerous times.
4. The Kalpoe brothers have also changed their story(ies) at least once.

If there are more facts--public facts--please let me know.
